Kontakt mit der Firma ist nicht möglich,Tel Nr aus Litauen falsch,nur noch automatische Mails von einer ominösen Bank.
Ware mit falschen Mengen zu dreifachen Preis geliefert,da angeblich ein Abo abgeschlossen.
Das ist für mich ein Betrüger

I´ve orded end of January, paid. Got an SMS that the order has been confirmed. No E Mail, nothing. Still not arrived.

Leider muss man 1 Strrn geben.
Ich warte jetzt seit 2 Monaten auf die Lieferung. Das Geld in Höhe von 86,96 € wurde sofort abgebucht.
Habe mehrmals versucht, das Geld zurück zu erhalten. Aber ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet, dass die Lieferung in den nächsten Tagen kommt.

The product is not working, and the whole story seems to be a total fake. I have spent some serious money on the product and am now asking to get some money back because the product is not working. They have a money-back guarantee, but no reply anymore. Don't waste your money on this product.

Bought product tried to cancel they said it had already shipped give me an extended warranty by email to give the product a chance. Now time to return they said product returns has expired. Have tried contacting them bas customer service. The product doesnt even work. Will not advice anyone to buy or use them ever. It’s a scam

Ordered this and when it arrived it was empty, just a bottle and dropper
I’ve been on with ‘Victor’ at customer service and although the product is clearly defective I have to pay to send it back or I have to accept £13.99 as a refund when I paid £55 for a tiny bottle of air!!

The website said $55 for a bottle, even once we chose & went to Cart. The moment we typed in and acknowledged our credit card, the price changed to $97 AND they then charged us TWICE. We rung to cancel & they said it was too late as it's ready to be sent, in 10 minutes! It just arrived today, one little bottle, with no address or means to return it! Even their website says you can change your mind within 24hrs....SCAM

Afraid I ordered 1 bottle then some how ended up ordering another 3 & the money was taken immediately from my account - over £130. I tried immediately to cancel it & was told my order had gone through immediately but not to worry as I could return the extra bottles received for a refund. How could I be so stupid but Wella is a well known name!! Is there anything I can do?????

I must be about the only person who bought one bottle of this product received just one bottle and had no problems with delivery, although it did take a few weeks to arrive. I'm not sure if its working, as all these treatments say it takes a long time. Maybe I bought from an Australian site??

I bought from wella nails the oil for the fungus of the nails from my feet and applied it twice daily and all i can say it is a complete waste of money' nothing has changed and there is no money back guarantee so i lost my money stay away and don't touch

BEWARE SCAMMERS!
Not a proper company just online criminals trying it on. My experience was the same as many others – more items appeared in the basket in the middle of the payment transaction than ordered, I was charged extra for some kind of insurance which I had not authorised and they charged for a second order without my consent on the back of the first payment. When I checked with Paypal I found that they had somehow joined me up to their subscription service and charged me for a third time! I realised it was a scam when they didn't send me any order confirmations or receipts by email. I emailed within the hour asking to cancel the order. They made out to be all friendly and helpful and said they would try to intercept it at their warehouse and after a few minutes, reported it was too late. Surprise, surprise! As if they had people working in their warehouse at 10 p.m. on a Friday evening! They agreed to refund the "insurance" and after several other emails, and communications with my bank and Paypal I was surprised that the rest of the money was refunded. It seems that Paypal had already rejected the first payment. Have nothing to do with this so called company which I believe may also be fraudulently using the name of a legit company on their bank account. If I could have awarded no stars or minus stars, I would have done.

Same experience I had as many who commented on trust pilot. You place
an order for one bottle and they automatically add couple more bottles without your consent, take the payment in seconds then instantly they send you an email informing you that you order has been dispatched just after minutes of submitting the order. It took me weeks to get my money back. Avoid

As soon as I placed my order I realised that the product would be sent to my previous address so I updated them immediately only to be told, sorry, your order has been despatched but you can return if you're not happy. I explained that I couldn't return if it was sent to the wrong address so they then said we've managed to update the address.... guess what? It arrived at my old address and I haven't been able to locate. Nightmare communication, when I went back to explain that delivery was incorrect I was told that my previously raised enquiry had been closed and to raise a new ticket! Beyond exasperating; I will fight this, but I query why they have customer services when it clearly isn't!!

I went to order 1 bottle and instantly had 5 already checked out. I asked to have the order altered within 5 minutes but was told it had already been dispatched!!! I had to instantly cancel my credit card and have spend the last month working towards a refund. Paypal refunded me half of the money and someone at the Wellanail site has agreed to refund me another amount. All in all a very annoying encounter. I have the product so we will see if it even works. Have used it for a week with no change.

I didn't even check out and it charged me. The website is confusing. I thought I was getting a discount on one bottle. It ended up adding a second to my order. I said heck no and swiped the browser from my phone. I then got a notification that I had purchased it for around 90$ usd. I said we'll it better be worth it. I've been applying it like it said for almost two months and I see no change. They should be jailed for their deceptive website. Absolute scam do not buy.

The product does not work. I followed the directions to the letter and saw no change. Also they do not honour the 30day money back guarantee which I tried to get. they only consider it if bottles are unopened so you cannot evaluate the product. After a lot of emails I had to accept 75%. Do not trust this company.

I could have died of old age by the time it arrived. 19 days and counting since ordering. Then I read that they are not reputable at all.

I too ordered and before I knew it they charged me for more doubling the cost. I emailed within 60 seconds and they said it was too late to change the oreder??? I insisted daily with emails, eventually they gave me back the over charge. I have used it as directed for 2 weeks now and can see no difference! My GP Sid it wasn’t possible to cure nail fungus externally you have to have tablets.
