I didnt yet use it, just placed the order, and was chargeds for 4 while only ordered 1, Theives!!!

Nothing went wrong because I was completely warned off buying this bogus product from what is obviously a bogus company, by reading the reviews on Trustpilot!
At the time of writing, just TWELVE reviews, most gave one star, a few gave two.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Don't get roped in by this Company. I spent €80 and waited 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I tried it for 3 months on one big toe nail and all it did was make the nail shrivel up and just stay where it was all black and ugly.

SCAM COMPANY. As soon as I checked out, it suddenly added another item to my basket without me knowing plus some stupid shipping protection?! I emailed them within seconds asking to cancel the additional one and the shipping protection and they said it was ‘too late’ even though it was before the confirmation email had even gone out! I Sent literally about 50 emails to this company - every single reply was a completely unrelated reply. They clearly do not read emails. One of their replies said they’d refund the shipping protection which they haven’t - I followed this up and they now say as I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal they can’t. Honestly worst company I have ever dealt with AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not even worthy of one star. Actually I would give them MINUS 5 if possible.
The website 'made' me order more treatment than the 2 bottles I originally wanted. Somehow I was forced into buying an extra 3 bottles when I went to pay.
Immediately, I tried to cancel the transactions, as there were two, and was told it was too late as the order was being processed. What a load of rubbish that was, as I never received the product until about 3 weeks later, and even then I only got two bottles and not the other 3. After about a week I emailed the company several times asking for the extra bottles that I had been 'forced' to buy. I even asked to get a refund for those extras....eventually after several more weeks of trying to contact them, I finally received the remaining bottles.
Since then I have been trying to ask where to return the unused bottles to and I keep getting the same non responsive emails over and over. This whole thing has been ongoing since early June 2025

When you order, you immediately get a confirmation email. And then . . . NOTHING. Email them and get an AI generated reply that solves nothing. They will take three weeks just to print a shipping label. That doesn't mean it will ship anytime soon. I canceled the order when they couldn't provide a valid tracking number. They canceled and issued a refund. Then after several weeks, a small package arrived in my mailbox and they recharged my credit card.
After all that, Wellanail DOESN'T WORK and isn't worth the money or the frustration.
Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered 2 bottles of a nail fungus product in July and paid $83 and I haven't received it. I reached outto the "company "and they said it was been sent from Europe krueashia.?? They are CRIMINALS and I pray they get stopped before they do major damage to people's account.

Received the mini mini bottle who was empty, or contined a very small amount of water. complete scam

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. PAID OVER £55 FOR A NAIL TREATMENT AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE COURIER. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER OR THE NAME OF THE COURIER. DO NOT USE, THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I never received any of the products I ordered. And they keep giving me the run around for 3 weeks now. No tracking anything...

The product does seem to work if slowly but their customer service is abysmal, emailed them 3 times and no reply, won't deal with them again

Buyer beware. Price was doubled after I ordered. Contacted them right away and was told it was too late to cancel.
BS! The worst most useless crap I have ever tried. And the company ripped me off on my purchase.

On the positive side, I inadvertently must have clicked on pay twice and ordered 4 bottles at a cost of £160. When I phoned customer service, they immediately refunded the money for the two bottles I didn’t want.
On the negative side, I have nearly used the first bottle having applied it as per directions, and it has made little difference. In fact, it has had exactly the same difference as a similar product I bought from Boots at half the price. To sum up, the nails are marginally lighter, but the fungus has definitely not disappeared. Next stop is a chiropodist, which is probably what I should have done in the first place! I still have one bottle left so £40 wasted. Definitely doesn’t do what it says on the tin!

Similar to the other 1 star review left, the emails from this company were not factual. Said in order confirmation i’d receive tracking info 24 hours after dispatch. Not received so I emailed asking for it and received a response with information I already had in the confirmation email - your tracking info will be sent 24 hours after dispatch. I emailed back asking again and they sent me the tracking link and the tracking ref was ZERO. Also received another email saying issue with my details so needed to confirm my name and address for the package to be shipped. Requested a refund but also filed a complaint with Paypal who refunded me pretty much straight away. Company refunded also but I’d avoid using them as their correspondence is false!
