Boiler making a strange noise!
Boiler making a strange noise!
Made a phone call first thing the following morning received a phone call from the Office that same afternoon informing me I had an engineer sat on my drive!
Got home to let Harry in.
Listened to my boiler told me exactly what was wrong!
Stayed on until past 6 o’clock sorting the problem
Boiler sounds brand new!
Fantastic Service from a Great local company.

I have used Western Fuel for 18months…
I have used Western Fuel for 18months now and the customer service I have received from them has far surpassed any I have received from previously used oil companies. I can’t sing the praises for their staff enough. They are also so helpful and cheerful on the phone and when they say they will call back they always do! The deliveries are always prompt and the price is competitive.

Will definitely be using WF again
I was out when your driver delivered the oil, but they followed the instructions and left everything as asked. It is the first time I have dealt with Western Fuel directly. I will definitely be using them again. Efficient, polite and all at a great price. Thank you.

Boiler break down
Our boiler broke down on Monday 31st March whilst my husband was away and I had my 81 year old mother staying with me. We live in a 300 year old cottage, which can get really cold at night! Western Fuel called and managed to get Harry out that same day! Amazing!
Unfortunately I had to go to work that afternoon and had to leave my mother to look after everything.
She wanted me to leave feedback on her behalf as she found Harry to be very polite helpful and very informative on his visit and treated her with the utmost respect, Having to leave an 81 year old lady with a 'call out person' could have been very daunting and worrying for her, but she felt very safe at all times and really appreciated Harrys helpfulness.
He managed to get a part that was required the following day and all was sorted!! Can't thank Harry and Western Fuels enough...they are very lucky to have such a 'helpful young man'. Please pass our gratitude on to Harry.
