Excellent service
Your delivery driver was very patient (to let our neighbours leave by car for their school run) as he had to move his truck just as he was ready to deliver the oil. He filled the tank as requested.
My only (very minor) complaint was the print quality on the delivery ticket was very faint.

I do apologise for the print quality on the delivery ticket. The ribbon on the machine probably needed changing. If you would like a clearer one for your records, please email us and we can send you one.

WF replaced Watchman
WF installed a new oil tank just over a year ago but Watchman WiFi app was faulty and showed incorrect readings. WF came to replace Watchman at no extra cost (which indeed I expected them to having paid a lot for tank supply & installation).
Always efficient and polite.

Late delivery
I inadvertently missed replying to the email asking if we wanted a delivery with our group delivery service.
When I realised that I had left the reply too late I telephoned and we received a delivery within a couple of days.
We appreciate this good service.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Split in the oil tank was identified during a visit to deliver heating oil. Within a week the replacement was fitted. The team carrying out the work were a delight. Professional, personable, helpful. All round a very positive experience. Thanks to all involved

Western Fuel Domestic Boiler Service
WF Engineer, Harry, attended my mother's property in Jan 2025 to perform an annual boiler service. He was friendly, professional and thorough - and found faults the engineer Rob we'd had the previous year (who wasn't from Western Fuel!) should've found and rectified on his visit, as the lower flexi hoses and pump had been clearly leaking for a very long time.
WF are not the cheapest service by any means, but you get what you pay for. I'd pay the £ extra every time to have piece of mind and total confidence that the boiler was working correctly after a Western Fuel service visit.

Emergency Call-out - fantastic service
Jack took my call and after a short wait on hold was able to arrange an engineer for within the hour on a Saturday. Harry arrived within 25 mins of me making the call. He was polite and quickly ascertained the issue - a faulty photoelectric cell. He fixed the issue and then stayed to make sure the system was working properly before he left. He explained everything clearly. A credit to your company. Thank you to both Jack & Harry for their excellent service.
