As a landlord I have always found Jack and his time be easy to reach and responsive to both my tenants and myself. Issues are dealt with quickly and any queries responded too just as speedily.

Another year of excellent service from Western Lettings. The whole team are great, but Matt deserves a special mention, as he takes personal responsibility for our property. He is always prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and constructive in his communications. We live overseas, and Matt and team have continued to manage our property, ensuring that both we and the tenants are happy.
