I ordered a package deal with a vest during their Labor day sale. When received it was discolored and frayed. I sent pictures and received a reply “A replacement may depend on stock availability, so it could not be promised at that stage”. They also asked for an address confirmation. Then, I received a reply that I can send the pack back for a full refund and they would waive return costs. I asked if I would get a discount on a reorder and they responded thah they would look into it and that is it. The last reply. Terrible customer service!!

I ordered a backpack from West Slope. Tracking marked it delivered, but I never received it. West Slope refused to replace it or issue a refund because I had not purchased Route protection. I would not order from them again.

Their policy on exchanges/returns or refunds is terrible. Customer Service is honestly one of the worst as far as prompt and fast response outstanding obviously the reason they’re so quick to respond is because they’re policy and shit. They know that they don’t pretty much have to do anything so for the most part they’re constantly responding saying sorry you bought our product now you’re stuck with it. I think I’m gonna use mine pro 180 slim chest pack with hydration kit and night kit I will be using the pack as a portable toilet even though it’s put together well, there are several flaws. I pointed out after only having for two weeks and they were unwilling to make an exchange for something else that had a better design in my opinion that was actually less than what I spent on the pack to begin with, and I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I just wanted to even exchange. Also will be putting review into the Better Business Bureau. That’s 💩yyyy business practices if you’re willing to turn a customer away after spending almost $220 then you’re also willing to sell your soul to the 😈 himself for a profit

I placed an order on 11/30 during a black friday special and kept trying to track my order and it indicated it was "waiting for shipment pick up". I inquired several times to customer service and did not hear back. Finally today i received a message back that my items are "out of stock" and that a refund will be processed. Let's see if that really happens. Buyer beware - sounds like a scam to me.

Really great materials used for this item and the fit is very customizable with the straps. Super easy access to items in the front storage and cool feature with the phone view panel. Awesome item to help capture some great days out on the mountain or trail.

I ordered and paid for a chest pack from this company. It hasn't arrived. I reached out to support and they said to wait. I waited.... Still nothing. Now all I get from support is crickets.... Probably a scam. Buyer beware.
