Mark was polite, on time and explained how he was going to unblock my washing machine waste pipe. Located the problem quickly and sorted it in about half an hour. No nonsense, solved a problem that was doing my head in! Thanks Mark 🙂

A very efficient and reliable company
The morning after I contacted the company an engineer was arranged to visit. Kyran arrived exactly on time and was very helpful and diligent in attempting the diagnose the problem and provided a very efficient and thorough service. I can recommend this company with every confidence.

I booked a slot online for an engineer to attend the same afternoon - fantastic!
Kyran phoned to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly, clean and tidy and solved the problem with the drain within an hour. He thoroughly tested to check the issue was fully resolved before leaving. The service was reasonably priced and a simple fixed fee.
I will definitely use this company in future and recommend to others.
