This company was great, very quick at getting here, very efficient and helpful. I would use them again if the need arises in the future.

The engineer confirmed their arrival and was very friendly, he was helpful and explained the procedures and what the equipment would do. The specialist equipment was very effective and it was amazing to see what was cleared away. I would definitely recommend.

Problem explained easily over phone, following day booked for an appointment & price agreed upon.
Tree roots were removed effectively from the manhole , drain was washed with a jetwash & all cleared up within the hour .

John arrived early for the appointment and called ahead to check. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. It wasn't an easy job, and he had to work hard to fix it but he didn't give up and he got it done. He cleaned up my bathroom exceptionally well. I'd highly recommend. Easy to use, payment online, good communication and John was great!

Really impressed with this service. Found it online. excellent website and booked it on line. They replied almost instantly and plumber turned up 3 hours later.

Really easy to book online and engineer attended the same day. Was kept up to date on arrival time via a phone call.

I have to say John is fantastic and a real credit to the company. He explained everything in detail, showed me what he was doing and why & asked me to test numerous times to ensure the issue was resolved. He even went above and beyond and asked if there were any other drainage/plumbing issues around the house that he could help with.

Have to say as well, love the price point & that it’s the same price regardless to unblock the drain. Called a few other company’s who wanted extra for water jetting, call out fees, and just generally a lot more expensive. Nothing is hidden which is great! As well as a 90 day warranty, what more could you want :)

We had a blocked toilet so searched the internet.
The website was clear and concise and easy to use so booked for the engineer to attend.
On the day the engineer called as promised and was actually early as agreed on the phone.
The blockage was not an easy one to resolve but the engineer persevered and eventually got it unblocked.
I have to say that the engineer (John) was a credit to his company and they are lucky to have him.
His personality and politeness was great and he was a pleasure to have out our house.
Its a shame he is not trained in my industry as I would offer him a job tomorrow.
I know this sounds like a response that the company filled in themselves but I can assure you it is real and it is nice to be able to compliment an engineer on a job well done.

Had a blocked toilet so phoned these guys great customer service and came out that same day...even phoned me when a job took a little bit extra time to say they would be a little later then scheduled to save me waiting around for them. When they arrived explained what the issue was and resolved it efficiently great service all round!!
