Thomas fixed my bathroom window lock which was very old and knackered resulting in not being able to open the window. Good price and all sorted in no time.

Highly recommend this company. We had a broken handle on our bi-fold doors which meant it no longer locked properly. Once he arrived, he solved the problem with the minimum of fuss whilst being polite and friendly. This is the second time I have used this company and they are excellent in every way. Its so good to have a good local Locksmiths we can call on. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I was just as happy this time. First time Paul came to change our front door locks as we had just moved into the house. This time Thomas came to remove a bike lock the prior owners had lost the keys to and left on our railings. They quoted the most recent job from photos and were able to then remove the lock very quickly at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when we next need a locksmith.

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found W G Locksmiths on Which. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Paul even though he was on holiday. Thomas came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle. Thomas was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
