Complete Scam, Customer Service Will Never Respond
I knew someone else who received one of their pranks as a gift so I thought I would give it a try for a friend. I should have walked away and kept the money that I spent on this complete scam.
I originally placed the order on January 29, 2025. On January 31, 2025 I was notified that it had been shipped. The item has never actually been shipped. In fact, the item likely never made it to USPS. A label was created and USPS is still awaiting the item. This is the only information I have been able to get from the company and it was an automated email.
I reached out to the company via email on February 6, 2025 because I can understand short delays, but this is getting insane. The automated response I received by said that I would receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Nothing. February 10, 2025 I reached out via their website chat during business hours and was met with an automated response saying that they would answer later. (Note that the email had said this was a quicker way to get support if needed - I'm still waiting). That same day I also reached out via Instagram direct message and comment on one of their posts. No response.
February 11, 2025, I reached out via the online chat again only to find that my original message from the day before was still sitting there. Customer support does not exist.
February 12, 2025 I both called (sent directly to voicemail) and sent an email. Again, the automated response said I would receive support in 24-48 hours. I am not holding my breath. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company because I have given this place ample time to respond to all of my inquiries.
UPDATE: February 19, 2025
On 2/12/2025 I left a negative review on the company's website. It did not go live, but instead said that it would be reviewed by the shop owner. I never received any communication as a follow up to any of my previous inquiries or to that review. However, I checked on the tracking for the item the next day and lo and behold, they finally decided to ship it. On 2/18/2015 the item was finally delivered. At this point in time I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company. The negative review never went live on their website because they didn't publish it and I have never heard from the company. I stand by my original 1 star review because of the lack of customer service and accountability.
