I came across Diffney Menswear while browsing the internet looking for a gentleman’s/finer men’s clothing store. The interesting thing is I live in Calgary Alberta Canada. Went on the site and loved the brands Immediately realizing this was what I was looking for. Not to mention I noticed Diffney had their own clothing line which stood out for me.

I reached out via their message/customer support system. I asked about some Bugatti Jeans and received an answer from one of their staff/customer service team members named Conor. From this interaction I immediately knew that this company valued customer service. So here I am in Calgary Canada and Diffney on 42 Mary Street Dublin Ireland, which is approximately 6626 km/4117 miles away.

I will genuinely say I received the best customer service from Conor and the team at Diffney then any local men’s clothing store where I live. I’ve not had a negative experience with this company ever!

Conor and the team go out of their way to find my sizes and items I’m requesting and then getting it all ready to ship to Canada. I have to say shopping at Diffney has been a great experience and I constantly receive high quality clothes from Diffney, including their own line they sale.

Finally I have to say I will be a customer for life. I make a purchase from Diffney online( which is a great/informative site) every month now. I prefer shopping here to anywhere local where I live. Thank you Conor and team for the amazing experience you’ve all given me every month I purchase clothing/accessories/shoes and formal mens wear from Diffney. I also found out this is a family owned business which I feel a person gets that family treatment and warm feeling, I always feel like I matter and after a while even part of the family!

I had trouble using a gift card online (an issue with the system it turns out) however Conor who picked up my email query worked diligently to find a resolve. A couple of emails back and forth and I had my purchase arranged for collection in store. It was such a fantastic customer experience, which thanks to Conor would strongly encourage future purchases and recommendations.

Diffney are way better than I thought. good brands, good stock, good customer service. I've become a regular.

The shirts did not fit, despite I have the same brand ans same size. I had to return it. I have to pay shiping to return the items. So balance is no shirt and 10 euros less plust the time to go to Anpost.
I will definatly not be ordering online here again.
No problem with Diffney. I have bought in the shop may times. But the on line service make no sence for me.
