I reached out to Tim to enquire about my order after reading some of the other reviews here about delivery taking a long time. I’m happy to report Tim got back to me very quickly and my items were dispatched the next day. Very happy with the service.

Placed an order with this company for a record that was 'in stock' over 2 weeks after I placed the order and saying 'preparing my order' I received an Email to say they didn't have the item and neither did the distributer. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I placed my order as I would agree they are selling items they don't have! When placing orders be careful not a decent company to deal with!

Ordered on Friday at lunchtime and was delivered on Saturday. Phone was answered quickly when I called to check my item was in stock, guy was polite and knowledgeable. Cant really ask for more...oh and my item was £10 cheaper than elsewhere. Thank you

Easy process to order, great price and a quick delivery.

I emailed before ordering as with any store sometimes the stock shown isn't already correct. I had a reply within 24 from Tim to say 1 of the two vinyls was in stock. Once ordered through Thier site, I had a confirmation email straight away with a further email a day later with the tracking number. The vinyl arrived 2 days later via Royal mail and was well packaged. I would highly recommend.

My personal experience with What Records has been great and I would give them five star based on this. Tim has been very contactable and always responds in a timely and professional manner. I forgot to include one vinyl in my order and I only came to realise that a few days later, they supported me nicely without extra charges for shipping. The vinyls I received are packed very considerately and professionally - tracking details provided as well.
