Ordered Chappell Roan Princess vinyl - when it arrived it had production faults and innersleeve issue.
Flagged by email with Tim and he sent a replacement promptly.
Very good response to the problem, and excellent communication.

Ive seen some derogatory reviews about this company and was a little wary of ordering as ive not used them before but i have to say....Great record, arrived very quickly via royal mail. Cannot fault the service. Very happy. I will buy from again. Thankyou very much.

Consistently unable to deliver what is advertised on the website. Had orders pending for weeks on two separate transactions. Just asked for my money back on one unfulfilled order for the last time. I am deleting my account after I have left this opinion and the money is back in my account. Tim, I wanted to post a hosted image link here of the bulk purchase which just arrived this morning (7th Jan 2025) from your competitors, Trust Pilot wont let me unfortunately. Just a couple of very common titles you were unable to supply my last order. You could have earned from this. Turns out your competitors offer same price deals guaranteed to be in stock, so what's the point of anyone using your services? Just one music fan who regularly places bulk orders here, (usually in excess of £100). You just lost that custom. How many more customers will you lose ) today? Have a great 2025.

You don't need the order number, little point. You refunded.

* Scrub that account deletion reference, can't delete it. Not even a proper website with membership. You genuinely lost a lot of loyal custom here pal, I suppose 'repeat custom' is an outdated concept now.

I have not received my order I sent an email on 30/12 and have not had a reply. Where are the vinyls I ordered? It was a Christmas present for my daughter I had an email on 10/12 saying they were dispatched no sign of them and it’s 02/01. For some reason I cannot track them using the link. Please update me

Ordered record on the evening of 19th December and item was sent the next day and delivered on 24th December.
Was a bit anxious as I hadn’t received any emails after order, but was able to login and check online so could see order had been despatched and could track via Royal Mail.
Good service, item sent promptly and well packaged, would use this company again

Very disappointed
Ordered a vinyl in plenty of time for Christmas.
Didn’t receive it so sent 2 emails which weren’t responded to.
Phoned to enquire and was told they would ring me back which to be fair they did but I missed the call - no message left.
Next day I got an email to say my order had been dispatched, followed by another email saying they were unable to supply my item at this time.
It is now 3 days before Christmas and I feel very let down.
Will not use this company again.

Same problem as some of the other reviewers I am afraid. Ordered a record on the 28/11/24, the waited, there was no official email confirmation, just a note on the order on the website. After three weeks sent email asking when the item will be posted, no reply, then sent email asking for refund, again no reply. Fortunately I had payed by PayPal and made a claim, only then was the order refunded.

Came across What Records when looking for an Alan Parsons vinyl album, and ended up buying 2 !!
Service and delivery was excellent and items were securely packaged.
Will use again when looking for specific vinyl.

Ordered a vinyl from what records and never got it. After nearly three weeks the item was never dispatched. Emailed to ask when it would be sent and got a reply from Tim saying he would chase it up. This never happened. After another 2 emails he finally refunded. Wish a had of looked at all the negative reviews saying the same before ordering. AVOID! TOTAL SCAM!

Accept a purchase and after weeks of asking about the dispatch, they issue a refund. No explanation. They clearly don’t have stock of items they list. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid.

I placed an order, order number:262890, I have yet to receive the item and the order tracker on your website has not been updated and stays at preparing. I have then looked on the website and the item in question has been taken. I have emailed and yet to get a response and I've not received any refund or notification its not available
