So I brought my first bike from Wheels on the weekend. Amazing place with such a wide range of bikes to choose from! Felt like a kid in a candy shop. The staff were really friendly; I had the honour of dealing with Joe Scott, a lovely guy. He offered me tea or coffee while I was there and was very helpful with any questions I had. Overall, really pleased with my experience there 😀

All round excellent experience. I had bought from Wheels before and this time was for a trade in for a new bike. Joe is knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was seamless and timely. The bike was ready for pick up as planned. Very happy with the service.

The team made buying the bike seamless and a joy. Joe guided me through the fast an efficient process and even delivered my bike down to Brighton the very next day once it was ready. Would recommend.

I was really happy when I bought the bike, but...

Be very very very careful about what warranty you do, or more to the point don't, get from them.

I purchased a 22 reg motorcycle with just under 5700 miles on it.

I was lead to believe on the phone that it had the balance of a 4 year manufacturer's warranty on it until April 2026. The email I got about it only references that there is a warranty, not the type or duration.

(I overlooked that in my new bike excitement and that part of things is on me for not noticing at the time)

Having garaged the bike over winter since I got it I have only done about 135 miles on it. It's now developed a potentially expensive fault.

On contacting Wheels Motorcycles they now tell me that the warranty expired April 2024, there never was a warranty until 2026.

They've basically washed their hands of it because I've had the bike for over 3 months, despite what I was told at the time of purchase and the minimal milage I've done.

I'm not going to name the members of staff I've dealt with. Wheels Motorcycles will know who they are and can deal with them internally (or not if they feel this is a fair way for them to do business I guess).

Just beware people.

Service was a 11/10 without a doubt. For both advice, and associated when we had questions about gear and the purchase methods of a bike. Joe Scott definitely made the experience alot less stressful.

Just bought a Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from Joe the salesman in wheels. He told me everything about the bike organised a test ride for me. He had lots of time for me with no pressure. Thanks Joe the bike is awesome. I would also like to thank Tim the delivery driver he was very professional in everything. He even give it a clean when he got here not that it needed it thanks Tim 👍

Horrendous customer service. I tried to have a conversation on their online chat and they were no help at all. Firstly, they said they didn't understand the question "do you offer delivery or are your bikes collection only". Then when they finally managed to answer that, and I replied saying I thought the £150 delivery charge was high, they just ended the chat, giving me no opportunity to reply saying I would collect. Not great when you're looking to spend thousands on a bike, and the sole reason for a loss of a sale. If you cant deal with customers before a sale, there's no way I'm risking any after-sales service!

Joe Scott at Wheels was a pleasure to deal with. My girlfriend and I were looking for a perfect touring bike and there were plenty to choose from but we found the one we were looking for - BMW R1200RT.
Took it for a test ride, no tight time restrictions, no hassle, great price, friendly service so job done. Rode the bike home an hour later and very pleased with the outcome.
Would highly recommend Joe and all the team at Wheels Peterborough.

Joe Scott helped me get a dream bike, Moto Guzzi Griso SE. Joe was more than helpful, arranged a test ride, then took the bike off the market for a while as I desperately tried to convince myself not to buy it. He sorted out all the financing and paperwork really efficiently and was just all round helpful. Terrific guy, would definitely buy again from Wheels because of him.

Joe Scott of Wheels Peterborough was really helpful. He promptly created a bespoke video of the bike I was enquiring about and also offered a fair price for my trade-in. Joe was very organised and provided a positive experience dealing with Wheels Motorcycles.

This is second Aprilia that I have bought from Wheels Motorcycles. Joe Scott was the salesman on both occasions and he was extremely helpful and professional. I will always buy and part exchange my bikes through Wheels Motorcycles which I consider to be a highly reputable retailer.

I had been looking for a KTM 790 duke for a few months decided to take the plunge with one I had seen at wheels of Peterborough.
I phoned and spoke to Joe in sales, had a few questions to ask and Joe told me everything I needed to know .
Joe then organised for the bike to be moved to a local dealer.
The bike itself was in mint condition with fresh service and new rear tyre .
I can highly recommend wheels of Peterborough.

I have been a customer of Wheels Motorcycles, Peterborough since buying my first bike 4 years ago. Time came to trade that bike in so went back to Wheels. Looking round the showroom is a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and helpful but leave you alone to browse in your own time. They had a demonstration bike for the model I was thinking of buying. It was easy to book a test ride. Decision made so approached Joe Scott about trading in my bike and purchasing the new bike. Trade in price sorted quickly, new bike plus accessories ordered. The bike was delivered to wheels within a week and ready to go. I have always found all staff in all the departments to be knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My previous bike was serviced at wheels yearly as the new one will be.
Thank you to Joe Scott for sorting out the purchase of my new bike. I am a very happy customer and love riding my new bike.

I'm a repeat customer of Wheels, having bought half a dozen bikes to date. It's always a pain free experience and there's never any pressure sales in the showroom. Most of my purchases were with Joe Scott, who has great knowledge of the bikes and really takes the time to explain everything you need to know about the bike and process, and keeps you updated throughout. It feels like nothing is too much trouble with Joe and the whole team atm Wheels, and I'm certain it won't be the last time I'm buying a bike from them (don't tempt me). I can't recommend Wheels and Joe highly enough.

Well what can I say about wheels motorcycles, amazing 🤩

Last week we needed to get my daughter a new 125 motorbike.
As a car driver I am clueless about what all the different bikes do specs etc but Joe Scott was amazing, he helped me understand what she was able to buy due to her license,
What would support her needs and what the best way to keep the bike safe by talking to me about trackers etc.
NOT ONCE did the team make me feel inadequate they were kind, caring and understanding that my knowledge of bikes was slim.

We purchased a bike and explained our situation, Joe and the team made sure that the bike was ready in a very speedy time so my daughter was able to get back on the road quickly

I walked away with a much better knowledge and a better way to support my daughter on her bike journey.
Joe even messaged to check we got home safe with our new purchase
