Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, great communication and very professional. Delivery was prompt and I knew when I saw my map it would get the response I hoped for when I gave this gift to my wife for our anniversary. I wasn't disappointed, she absolutely loves it and that's what matters. It's such a great idea and so well made.
Thank you where it happened, it's lovely to see "where it all began" and how far we have come 25 years later!

Lovely product the wife loved it
Lovely product the wife loved it, got dispatched on a Monday and arrived on the Saturday… had some concerns about the delay, sent an email was asked to wait 48hrs or receive either a full refund or I could have the product resent… paid the extra for the frame, wife’s happy so I’m happy… will order more products.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a poster and it was sent out to my address but didn't arrive. I got in touch with Giovanni at Whereithappened and mentioned that I hadn't received the poster after almost 2 weeks. A replacement poster was made and sent out at no extra cost. Excellent service. Thank you Giovanni.

I ordered something from these guys but…
I ordered something from these guys but because I was doing it on my broken phone, I put in a wrong date.
Even though it was 100% my fault, they sent another with the correct date for a very low price instead of the full amount. Thank you guys, I appreciate it.

Ordered for my wife for Valentine’s Day…
Ordered for my wife for Valentine’s Day and was met with a missing parcel from Royal Mail . I contacted where it happened on numerous occasions and was always met with a prompt email return . I started to worry I had been scammed but their constant putting my mind at ease and promises were well justified as I received it on the 16th from all their persistence pursuing Royal Mail . Thanks ever so much my wife loves it

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless! Ordered a gift for valentines day (today) for my partner on the 5th of February and its STILL not arrived. What a joke of a company! I've messaged and emailed plenty of times with 0 response. !!!AVOID!!! I will be claiming my money back through PayPal
EDIT! I forgot to mention that the tracking number is totally invalid
