We have been investors with Whiskey & Wealth club for over a year now. We came across owning whiskey barrels as another form of diversifying our investment portfolio. After a long period researching about this, we decided to reach out to gain more knowledge.

I was in contact with Max (who’s now left the company) who was informative about the investment we will be making and what it will entail for the future regarding our ROI with holding time.

My wife and I brought a pallet each (12 barrels) and the process was easy once we invested.

Aaron who’s now taken over from Max has been incredible as there was a period of time with no response with regard to my wife’s pallet in gaining her data and getting certificates along with her welcome pack which verifies her ownership.

After trying to get in contact with Max for quite some time to gain knowledge regarding her pallet. We were to find out he had exited from the company which we were informed after getting in contact with Aaron. He immediately went to work to fix our issues and put our worries to bed.

He kept us in the loop and was very transparent in updating us about my wife’s status on her pallet etc.
The communication he kept up was reassuring. We received news that her pallet was still being held and waiting to be moved to the bonded warehouse where it will be kept. We were informed that there was no exact timeline this will be actioned which was frustrating given it had been a year since our investment.
He quickly came up with a solution to give us another pallet which was a little more unique (Peat malt) barrels in which was under the companies ownership.
So instead of waiting for her original pallet which we weren’t sure of the timeline, we were given this option and he was very informative of the barrels we now own.

Also, Aaron sent us a nice bottle of whiskey along with the welcome pack and certificates for the headache caused. Could not speak more highly of Aaron who’s been great since taking over and fixing our issue/ worries. And above all, instincts don’t lie and he’s a great lad!

My experience with Whisky & Wealth Club over the past six years has truly been a positive and rewarding one.From the very beginning, coming in as someone from a foreign market and not knowing the company personally, I was naturally cautious, especially with the number of scams circulating in the investment space.

My experience with Whiskey & Wealth Club has been consistently disappointing due to prolonged delays and a lack of proactive communication.

I first requested the sale of my remaining casks in April 2025, with the aim of exiting by October 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, the casks were not placed onto the market until several months later, and only after I published a Google review did I receive contact from a senior member of the team.

At no point was I informed about the internal personnel changes that contributed to these delays, nor was I updated when the staff member managing my account went on leave. Every update I received was reactive, and only after I chased for information myself.

I fully understand that whiskey casks are commodities and that no provider can guarantee a sale price or timeframe. However, the issues I experienced relate to the service, not the market. Clear instructions were given months in advance, yet there was no transparency, no communication about delays, and no realistic guidance provided on the marketability of younger stock.

For context, two of my previous casks were sold without issue, which makes the lack of diligence on the remaining casks even more noticeable.

I am still awaiting resolution and timely communication from the company. My experience so far does not reflect the level of professionalism or client care I expected when making this investment.

The only point to note is that their cask pricing tends to be toward the upper end of the market, which pairs with the high-end service.
