The shipping status didn't update. Just let the customer know where the parcel is. Even my friend(was in Japan) got the package but the status still was being processed. The rest are great.

What made this a great experience was how easy everything was from start to finish. The prices were very fair, especially for an allocated bottle like Blanton’s Black Label. Shipping was fast and the package arrived in just a few days, well protected and in perfect condition. Communication was clear and professional the entire time.
