- The customer support is DESPERATING: Slow, full of excuses and ineffcient. An absolute waste of time and patience
- They do not have word: They said the refound takes maximum 30 days and they changed their minds to 60 and then they took 3 months to refund me

Whitelist has made managing our ad accounts much easier. The agency accounts give us an advantage, and not having daily spending limits lets us grow without issues. The platform is fast and comprehensive.

Paid for Facebook agency ad accounts but never got to use them. Customer service is non-existent with endless delays and excuses. Asked for a refund - they claimed "30 working days" but it's been over 40 days and still nothing but "refund in process" responses.

Don't waste your time and money. They'll hold onto your funds while providing zero service. 0/10 experience.

Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.
