Just like many others, if I could leave a zero star review I would. These are people that use a forceful nature, and are untruthful persuants of unearned monies using legal jargon to baffle the small business people out of hard earned cash. Forcing me to take the auto-renewal, without notification or reminders of their intent, not even a renewal contract was sent with their invoice, BEWARE. They didn't even provide the services the first time round, and I have proof, with everything that everyone else has said on their reviews here and on their website reviews. It feels I'm working with two companies, Whole in 1 golf, and W1G, not even sure who I'm dealing with, apart from the bombarding emails from two people pressuring me. The worst company I have ever worked with.

This company is a disgrace. They didn’t complete on their end of the contract as I was no advertised at the golf course and didn’t receive any benefit from the contract.

I asked to cancel the contract 2 months in as I saw no benefit but was told that wasn’t possible. I couldn’t afford to pay it at the time due to not being able to work with covid and had to end up paying it through a credit company.

I have just received an email to say I have auto renewed my contract. Possibly the rudest person I have ever spoke to and he told me I can’t cancel the contract even though I have already cancelled it in 2021 and have proof.

I would advise everyone to NOT sign anything from these people.

They are the lowest of the low.

I have spoken to solicitors to get this sorted and to stop them doing this to anyone else.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I have sent several emails confirming I did not wish to renew which have been ignored. I have then been sent invoices for an apparent renewal - I have replied to these and been ignored - I know they have been received as other members of staff have advised me of this. Every time I call I am told “the phones are down”. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!!

Many thanks to Jordan who listened to our brief and designed our artwork to specification. When we asked for a few things to be tweaked it was done efficiently. Thank you also for your patience as I appreciate that it took a while for us to get back to you due to staff absences!! Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism.

Mike was a great host on the day and the format was well planned out, allowing networking over breakfast before hitting the course. Cracking day and looking forward to the next event.

Mike organised a complimentary round of Golf at a very nice local golf club with food & drinks. The day went well & gave me & my guest opportunity to network with local business owners.

Really wish we had never signed up with this company, totally lost faith in them. Following up my previous review many months ago...
I have had some responses from WH1, yet not received a full response to my original complaint regarding the Corporate Golf Sponsorship Package in the Essex area. I am interested to know how others have got on with their complaints regarding WH1 - Five Lakes (Potters Golf Resort since late 2021), our 'service' has now been moved to Clacton, without our agreement, and nowhere near our area. Most of the "service" in the original contract never happened, no GPS, iPads or TV adverts. Only moved club after much complaining from me, that they were no longer involved with Five Lakes.
It's been a very stressful and time consuming experience so far. I've found the company to be unprofessional and hard hitting in most responses. Please do your research directly with the golf clubs. In my opinion, this 'package" is basically a little advert on a website that you actually have to click to see, and a few rounds of golf if you are lucky. The positive reviews seem mainly invited reviews and networking golf days, not the advertisement packages, none of which are in our area either. I have emailed again today and spoke with a member of staff, and have informed them I have raised my concerns to Trading Standards/Citizens Advice. Fingers crossed we are now closer to reaching a resolution to this soon!

We received some really professional artwork in the run-up to our A Question of Sport event. Jordan was really quick with turnaround when we'd asked for any amendments or changes too!
