The playground came in a complete (nothing is missing). The instructions are not always completely clear. The tarpaulin has to be cut, which is not entirely ideal. Overall, we are satisfied.

No customer service
No customer service, no emails answer. The product is advertised as VAT included price, however, the VAt refund procedures seem unclear. Absolutely no answer to any email sent. At customer service line only answering machine in german. Pruduct seems nice, but service is very poor.

Som veľmi spokojná so štruktúrou, spracovaním, prehľadnosťou a širokým výberom detských hracích prvkov internetových stránok eshopu wickey. cz.
Oceňujem možnosť vlastnej voľby farieb jednotlivých hracích prvkov na webe pri zostavovaní vežičiek a hracieho plánu detských záhradných ihrísk, človek má väčšiu predstavu.
Oceňujem platbu cez zabezpečenú platobnú bránu.

Great shop with easy order with BUT
Great shop with easy order, quick communication and nice goods for our kids. Thank you. - Now BUT - payment from the Czech rep., online price about 18k CZK, after payment at bank I see more than 20k! It should be told you before guys... Edit (June 2020) - Contacted by support about review, made offer to compensation, after 2 days deal done. Fair enough and read more than us, because in some conditions article, there is something about possible different prices. Thank you.
