En la página de venta de la llave muestran un video tutorial con una app que sirve en macOS y cuando ya compré el producto resulta que solo era para un programa que solo funciona en windows, perdí mi dinero porque ellos no me quisieron hacer un reembolso.
Y no, nunca pude usar la llave porque mis dos computadoras son MAC. Si perdi mi dinero porque ellos dieron información incorrecta en la pagina, ni siquiera deberían poner un video donde aparezca la app de mac si solo ofrecen para windows, estafadores

It is not required to perform the reset itself and was included solely to make the process easier for the customer, allowing them to reset the printer independently without the need to visit a service center.
Information that the reset process works on Windows systems (Windows 7–11) is clearly stated in the product description.
Additionally, the video instructions should be watched in full, as all key steps and explanations are provided there.
Ultimately, the customer used the license key on another computer running Windows, where the reset process was completed successfully and the printer was fully restored.
