I was going to get my memorial jewellery from another supplier but saw a ring on this site that was perfect. Emailed to see if I could request a custom colour which Lois said she could do.

Received my prepaid inclusion pack but decided to take the stamp off and use tracked delivery my end as it was my parents ashes and I did not want them to go missing.

My ring was complete in around 3 weeks. They couldn’t add the engraving to the ring I chose so did email to see if I wanted to go for a different design. Ring arrived the day I returned home from my holiday. Stone was smaller than looked in the picture but I’m happy with the overall quality/look of it. Was nice to receive a couple of little extras too.

I researched many websites for inclusion jewellery but kept coming back to this one . I loved the styles of the jewellery and the prices are reasonable. I'm so glad I picked this one . The communication was great . I was sent an inclusion kit and was informed when my husband's ashes had been received. I have just received my ring which is gorgeous. It came in a beautiful gift box with thoughtful bits and bobs which made me smile.

I ordered a size Q ring as per the ring sizer included in the pack sent to me. At the Q setting the sizer will not go over my knuckle easily.The ring I received is far too big to wear and is very disappointing.I asked for a custom mix to reflect the red colour of my dogs coat and sent two photos of him for reference. I was sent 4 choices, one of which was perfect.I later received a phone call to clarify how much of the ashes should be included and I said the colour was more important than the quantity of ashes so asked the maker to make the decision.I was sent a photograph of the completed ring and said at that point that it looked dark.I was sent a video and I thought that it looked a bit brighter and agreed for the ring to be sent to me.However on arrival I saw that the resin was too dark and dulled by the amount of ashes included.The delivery of the ring took 7 weeks, not 3-4 as per the website.The ring will be buried in a favourite spot and I will try again with another company.

I cannot recommend Wight Casting enough. From replying to emails quickly, helping me with queries. Lois was amazing !
