I was actually nervous once I realized that they were in China. I wrote to the company and they gave me a tracking number. I received the wig. I love mine. It is human hair and blonde. I ordered a curly one since my hair is so straight. It has just enough curl and hair. I did not want a wig that was too much. I am very pleased with mine. I got the Shakira. I think it looks pretty natural.

My order has arrived today, both wigs are lovely and I look forward to wearing them.Thank you very much for your kind assistance.

This is a very bad wig seller. They sell wigs that do not like the wig on their website. I ordered a black bob wig and they sent a dark brown wig that doesn't look like same style as the wig on their website, then they told me I can dye it if I did not like the color.

I just received two wigs that I ordered from Wigsline.com and was pleasantly surprised that I was not ripped off. The wigs are both very soft and do feel like real human hair as they advertised. The caps inside are the capless design and are made very well from what I can see. The colors are a little off from the pictures provided but not by much. This was my first time ordering a wig online/sight unseen. My previous wig was purchased from an actual wig shop for around the same price point - I compared both of these wigs to it and the quality is the surprisingly the same. I know that this company has had some bad reviews but I am here to say that I am very pleased with both my purchases! I hope that they last long and am very excited to wear them both. I am hoping that this review encourages you to give them a try as they have a large inventory and very nice styles to choose from. The shipping does take almost a month because of the custom tailoring and the fact that they are shipped from China.

The shipping time was insane. Poor customer service. ordered a human hair wig got a synthetic one instead. It was tinged pink instead of light gray. The only reason I got any information from the seller is I started a dispute via paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a fraud! My wig came one month after I disputed the charge to my bank. One day after I sent in the paperwork, I got an email saying "good news, your wig has been delivered." Well the wig was bright red, and not the petite that I ordered, nor the style. There was no return instructions only an address in Miami that turned out to be an import warehouse. Please do not order from this company.

All the complaints I read about this company (Wigsline) AFTER I paid over $100 for a wig are TRUE! This company, as stated by others, advertises that they guarantee their product and will give you a full refund if you're not happy. When I ordered the wig, there was NO indication it was coming from China; the indication was it was coming from California! This company is highly deceptive and needs to be shut down! I consider this company's actions to be fraud. When I contacted them to tell them the wig was defective, they wanted pictures, which I sent them. They offered me $18, said I would have to pay to send it to China, that it would have to go through customs and could take a long time to get to them. They also claimed the defects were due to the wig being in a bag for a long time and that I should just shake it out! When I objected to the laughable offer of $18, they said the maximum they could offer me is $30! I have NEVER been defrauded like this before!

Do NOT buy from them. This is a bait and switch from China. I ordered a normal wig and got a pink wig instead. They advertise that they'll give you a FULL refund if you're unhappy with the product, but they will only refund you a small percentage of the value even if you return their product back to them in China at your cost.

Really good customer service. I needed to know if they were working on my wig because I had not heard from them. They had e-mailed me. I just didn’t see it. Anyways in china everyone goes on vacation in October 1st through 7th. So when I wrote to them they got back with me in a couple of hours. That is great customer service!!

what they sent was not the style ordered or human hair. Wanted this style but wanted to colour myself but sent a synthetic and all in ringlets. No return address would be given in spite of requests, and offered $25 refund and never arrived. This company in China and be expensive to return. Do not use this deceptive company. All the complaints are valid. Do not be duped like me. Toronto Ontario Canada

Do NOT purchase from this company. Wigs come directly from China. I ordered a wig and when it arrived it was not the style nor the color that I ordered. They refused to pay to have it returned and refused to refund my money even though it was their mistake. After much negotiation I finally got them to agree to refund less than half of the cost of the wig.

My wife wore the wig for the first time yesterday shopping , just loved it and had some others shoppers comment on how great it looked . as for gretuity a wig brush or caps would ber great, she is alredy looking at some of your other wigs . Ivan

Love this synthetic wig so much. I've never bought such a good quality one that looks so realistic.
