This company is a scam.
The wig I received was SUBSTANTIALLY different in color than the Swedish Almond wig I ordered. They offered $20 refund, then 50%, or full refund if I mailed it to their address in CHINA:
ok, if you don't want to keep it, you can return it back, after we receive your package, we will give you a full refund, ok?
or we can give you 50% as compensation, you need not to spend more to return it.do you accept?

Please make sure that all the items will be in no used state. Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via USPS and give us the tracking number. Please mark the value on the package as $20, or the parcel will be detained by customs. (please don’t use DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT)
Do NOT trust the positive reviews. Notice the poor English.
I have reported them to FTC, PayPal and my credit card company.

I ordered a wig from sheshair and I realized I made an error with the color selection when it arrived. I contacted the company by email and they responded promptly with a couple of reasonable options to correct my error.
I was pleased with their material and workmanship.
The Customer Service person was very pleasant and cooperative.

I ordered 2 wigs with this company totaling $400. The wigs that were received were not the right style, length or color. Quite honestly, they did not look like human hair and looked like costume wigs. When I immediately emailed them regarding a refund, I was offered $40 and to keep the wigs. When I told them no, they said $100 and to keep the wigs. This continued until I opened a claim with PayPal. I still have not gotten my money back after shipping them their ridiculous wigs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT USE this website to order any hair products or their wigs i ordered a wig with auburn and warm gold highlights but got one solid copper brassy colored wig the style was a pixie cut but the style I received is about 5 and half inches all over one length. When I got in contact with the company I was told that the color I see on the computer would be different from the actual color I am a licensed cosmetologist and also a computer information specialist. I think the company is a scam PLEASE DO NOT order from this website I highlighted one star because that’s the only I was able to get to write a review THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM please disregard the o e star it deserves. THIS IS A SCAM. HAIRPIECE CAME IN WRONG COLOR AND I WAS OFFERED A 20% REFUND BECAUSE THE COST TO RETURN TO CHINA WAS COSTLY. IN THE FIRST PLACE WHY AM I RETURNING TO CHINA WHEN IT CAME FROM CHINO CA? I AM SO SICK OF SCAMS FROM CHINA. NEVER AGAIN FROM SHESHAIR.

I have ordered twice now from Sheshair. Both transactions have been excellent. Shipping was fast, they answered my inquiries very quickly and were very helpful. The products I received were as described and excellent quality. Great prices too.

I am very pleased with Sheshair and will order again in the future.
