Attempting to get rid of this stupid brick. I recently tried to figure out what to do with this phone, and the logic is simple: you CANNOT pay me enough to donate this device to charity. Donating a Wiko T3 isn’t a good deed; it is a crime against humanity. It is the literal equivalent of kicking a plate of food out of the hands of a starving homeless person who hasn't eaten in three days—its the exact same amount of damage. I even thought about trading it in at the Apple Store, but I wouldn't even be mad when they inevitably laugh me out of the building and offer me $0.00, because honestly? I wouldn't accept this useless brick either. At this point, we need to completely rewrite the dictionary definition of 'slow,' 'useless,' and 'terrible' just to accommodate how criminally awful this hardware is. It doesn't even possess 'quality'—that word implies it was actually designed to work instead of being thrown together by accident. If there is anyone left on this planet who genuinely wants to buy a Wiko phone, they are a total madman who has completely gone insane and lost their grip on reality. I am counting down the milliseconds until I can safely hand this prehistoric piece of e-waste over to a recycling shredder. If you value your sanity and your time, stay a billion miles away from this company.

Portable neuf qui ne fonctionnait pas : l'écran bloquait à l'allumage, freezait et s'éteignait systématiquement - c'est pas grave me disais-je, c'est garanti.
Retour au SAV qui me le renvoie avec la mention :"pas de panne constatée". Impossible.
J'insiste, j'explique, je le renvoie et précise que je veux un remplacement : "pas de panne constatée". Ils ont joué avec mes nerfs pendant 5 renvois. Leur but c'était de m'avoir à l'usure pour que j'abandonne. Ils ont fini par gagner.

J'aimerais bien que quelqu'un répare mon wiko

I bought item from Wilko as it came up on Google search
Item was not as described and I returned it.
I waited for more than 1 month and did not got refund

with emails and several contact to customer care no hopes

This i company is unreliable and better avoided

Das Display ist leider fast zu dunkel um damit vernünftig ein Spiel zu spielen;(

J'ai un Wiko Y80 (android 9) depuis plusieurs années et j'en suis très satisfait. Il reste rapide et la batterie tient bien.
Avec 16 Go je n'ai installé que peu d'apps mais l'essentiel y est : firefox pour remplacer chrome, telegram, sncf, ratp, waze, petits jeux...
Malheureusement Wiko ne propose plus que des Android 11, et encore est-ce la "go edition", une version réduite. Dommage! C'est pour cela que je ne mets que 4 étoiles.

I asked for the right items to be sent.
I would never use wilko again. Wrong items sent and when I asked if the right items could be sent, I was told this wasn't possible. I am sure this is breaking Trades Description Act but I haven't got the time to argue it further for the sake of a few pounds. Just will not shop at Wilko again. Poor products and poor service.

2 demandes au service technique pour de petits soucis : jamais de réponse ; quelques bugs aussi à signaler. Heureusement qu'il existe des forums sur le net pour les résoudre (mais ça prend du temps).
Si vous avez besoin de rien, Wiko est là .... Bref, ce n'est pas cher à l'achat et ça ne vaut pas plus.

Sono ormai passati tre anni da quando ho acquistato un WIKO POWER U30 128GB + WIBUDS POCKET e ad oggi posso dire che è un ottimo telefono, funziona bene ancora oggi.
Conosco e acquisto Wiko da 10 anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene.

A few years ago i made the horrible mistake of buying this phone. the first time i tried to make a video it consisted of only images thats how bad the quality was. i let it fall accidentally and the whole backcover fell off. it was also the slowest phone ive ever seen in my life. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor wiko order mattress said delivery 18 - October 8am till 6 pm still waiting Oder . Send lots messages no reply

J'ai contacté la hotline téléphonique par deux fois pour mon téléphone ne démarre plus. Deux fois une promesse d'avoir un conseiller dans les 5 minutes, deux fois ce temps d'attente a été largement dépassé pour à la fin se voir raccrocher. Ce n'est pas très pro.

Phone works fine. Even with a sims card has little memory storage. Bought a case for it and put phone in it, when I took the phone out of the case, phone split in half! Fingerprint no longer works and often when typing it drops the whole keyboard and I have to tap where I left off and start typing again.

My phone is running too slowly,performing basic functions has become a challenge.Phone is ringing nothing shows at times there's no notification is given to show a call was directed to me.Sim tool kit is also non functional in my friend's,the phone is also hanging inspite of alot of storage present

I would give 0 stars if I could , I received the wrong order , bad customer service , Wilko is not like the use to be , don’t buy nothing from the Wilko website ! Keep away !

J'ai acheté mon VIEW PRO 3 auprès du service commercial de WIKO. J'avais besoin de cette fonctionnalité pour faire fonctionner un dispositif médical dont j'ai besoin, et le vendeur m'a assuré que ce modèle fonctionnerait. Ça n'a jamais été le cas. Le sav n'a rien trouvé et on ne m'a pas proposé d'échange ou remboursement. C'était mon 3eme Wiko acheté chez eux, ce sera le dernier !

Quando ricevo una telefonata si sente lo squillo, ma non compare la schermata, per cui devo accendere il telefono e andarmela a cercare. Nel frattempo la telefonata si interrompe. Ho provato infinite volte a chiamare l'assistenza, ma ricevo un messaggio incomprensibile, suppongo in francese, pronunciato frettolosamente, poi la conversazione viene interrotta. Una vera presa in giro!
Come ciliegina sulla torta, per fare questa recensione sono costretto ad assegnare una stella ad un servizio del tutto negativo.

I have had this phone for over a year & lately when I want to reboot my phone, I am having to do a factory reset & when I do a factory reset, I lose things like my bus pass, even when I do a backup. Not happy with it anymore.
