I purchased a Wiko phone through Metro PCS in Roanoke VA. Since day 1 I have been unable to make calls because I fade out or drop and the person I am speaking with cannot hear me. The store ordered me a new one and the same problems existed. I have had the phone for a month and have not been able to have a full conversation. The Metro PCS in Roanoke VA will not give me my money back or switch out with another model even though I have insurance and a warranty. I have NEVER had this problem with such basic technology. I brought the phone to a phone dealer of a different company. They opened up the phone and informed me that it has a Hauwei processer and than proceeded to show me that Hauwei phones are illegal to import into the United States. They must be getting around that by just providing processers. In summary - these phones don't work. Please avoid

Pour le prix Wiko F300, et c'est trop chère, c'est juste bon à passer un appel téléphonique et pas trop longtemps parce que l'écoute (le son) est très très très minable... 5 manipulations pour entrer un contact et 60 pour écrire un sms de 20 mots.

Got a free wiko phone from assurance wireless. I am using voice to text and I just had to correct their own corporate name. Yes you heard that right saying the name wiko, no matter how I pronounce it because I've tried to pronounce it two different ways now and both times the voice to text did not recognize the word as "wiko" & the first time typed week old and the second time typed wico. Even though I pronounce the two totally different ways the voice to text still doesn't recognize when the corporation that actually manufactured this phone hears its own corporate name. Wow.....now THAT'S garbage!!! I'm not going to go over all the problems that the phone has many other reviewers here have already done that and I'm not going to waste any more time on this piece of crap. Trust me and everyone else here you don't want one you don't want anything that this corporation makes it's all garbage and that is why it is given away for free by government provided phone service providers like assurance wireless. Hate your phones wiko. You should be ashamed.

People can never hear me. Phone always goes to Bluetooth or mute. Worst phone ever

Ich habe das Handy im August 2020 mit Android 9 gekauft und habe immer noch Android 9. Kein Update möglich. seit geraumer Zeit geht fast gar nichts mehr!
also ich würde euch empfehlen kein Smartphone dieser Firma zu kaufen. Ich glaube, so oft wie ich bei wiko Hotline angerufen habe, hat noch kein Mensch bei einer Hotline angerufen. Geholfen hat nichts. Im Endeffekt immer nur die Ansage: "auf werkseinstellung zurücksetzen"

In casa abbiamo 3 apparati, anche di fascia alta (per il brand). Ebbene, dopo circa 2 anni e mezzo smettono di funzionare (si spengono, numeri e lettere si inseriscono da soli, non si spegne ecc).

Ritengo che sia la politica della casa: far sì che dopo un pò, smettano di andare.

Ho comprato un cellulare Wiko Y60 per la mia azienda.
Ho fatto un pessimo acquisto.
Il cellulare è lentissimo, il touch screen funziona quando vuole lui.

Obsolescienza programmata. Ho comprato un Lenny 5, per quasi 2 anni e mezzo è andato bene, ora fa schifo. Si blocca , è diventato lento, inutile pulire il software, il touchscreen non funziona più bene...con me avete chiuso

Non mi sto trovando per niente bene ,si blocca in continuazione e cadono le chiamate, è da 3 settimane che l'ho acquistato e mi sono pentita

Ho un Wiko y62 versione go per mia sfortuna solo perché me lo hanno regalato telefono orribile lentissimo si blocca in continuazione la rete internet non prende Google non funziona Maps peggio ancora

I went into this believing this was a reliable company as it was French with decent reputation/support unlike Chinese or Indian brands, however I'm very disappointed with my phone despite using it as a secondary phone.
My Wiko Power, which I nearly paid $200 for feels terrible value for money.

- 2.3GHz Octa Core & 4GB RAM performs terrible, these following specs are literally better than my iPhone 11 yet perform 10 times slower.
- Unusable cameras, didn't expect much but reminds me of an old LG smartphone back in 2013, speaking of which, this makes the Face ID feature useless since the front-camera is so bad.
- Awfully low brightness, even when turned all the way up brightness still looks average.

I can only praise this Wiko's phones for their additional earbuds (despite feeling cheap and light), screen protector & case and their prices, even so, I wouldn't even recommend this brand, I deeply wish I could return my phone if I could.

Cellulare mediocre.

My sister got her phone from T-Mobile, she a senior citizen, on a budget, she asked for the cheapest phone that she could afford. BAD WORST MISTAKE. reception just terrible, voice conversation chopping up talking, no one can hear or understand conversation, voice fading in and out..she going to return it tomorrow, she is hoping she can get another brand of phone, that is much better, without any problem.

j'ai acheté un smartphone wiko y62, impossible de faire fonctionné, j'ai retourné ce smartphone chez wiko, soit disant jamais reçu, pour j'ai envoyé par colissimo avec signature jamais je n'acheterai plus wiko.

Das Handy meiner Tochter war nach 6 Monaten nicht mehr zu benutzen. Nach langen Gesprächen (3x) durfte ich das Handy dann auf eigene Kosten nach Luxemburg schicken. Als es zurück kam, funktionierte es ca.1 Woche. Also wieder Gespräche mit dem Kundenservice. Da hier nur eine Person arbeitet, kannten wir uns schon. Ich wurde dann mit den Worten, "mein vorgesetzter meldet sich bei ihnen " vertröstet. Das war vor 3 Monaten.
Mein Fazit, nie wieder ein wiko Handy.
Werde auch allen davon abraten ein Handy der Marke Wiko zu kaufen.

Oh man if I could give less than one star I'm not even sure how they would rate that kind of a negative number lol WELL I just recently switched to assurance wireless from SafeLink as a lifeline phone I believe they are called I switched like I said to assurance wireless right at the tail end of April if not the very beginning of May and as we sit right now July 4th 2022 I have been through the wiko ride, wiko life 2 and wiko Life 3 (My Life 3 is still working in the sense if I turn it off turn it on turn it off turn it on about 50 times I might be able to make a call but that call cannot last more than 40 seconds because the phone will drop signal and then it's back to the off-on thing (for some reason the reset option doesn't work the same) so yeah I have been through three of their phones in 2 months... When the first one died I gave them the benefit of the doubt I understand it is a cheap phone you can buy them brand new for like $10 I believe then I got my replacement that was actually an "upgrade" (still a $10 phone but somehow an upgrade lol) that one lasted shorter than the first one so at that point I knew the phones were just pure garbage and it wasn't just a faulty product the first time... Well I didn't have the money at the time to go out and buy something of good quality so I had to call them again to have another replacement phone sent... Which believe it or not they actually gave me a lot of crap about it which I thought was actually really funny I couldn't even get mad about it because they are the ones sending trash phones and then getting mad at people for needing a replacement every 3 weeks lol... It's funny how our government can give billions and billions of dollars to countries who legitimately hate us yet when it comes to their citizens were like those little cartoon mice in that Disney movie standing under a family eating waiting for crumbs (I totally understand that a phone is a luxury item and they absolutely do not need to provide them to us especially for free with unlimited everything that is not in any way what I am complaining about of my complaint is with the manufacturer and quality control)

Franchement c'est un peu triste pour un fabricant français de lire des commentaires aussi cassants, faut pas exagérer j'ai acheté un Power U30 170€ avec les écouteurs bluetooth il y a 9 mois et franchement ça marche super bien avec 128 go de capacité, ça fait le job, évidemment c'est pas le dernier i phone à la mode qui vous donne un style... Et fait des acheteurs français des pancartes publicitaires au grand plaisir des fabricants étrangers, la marque est française elle ne vous arnaque pas sur le rapport qualité prix du produit et s'il tombe en panne on ne fait pas un arrêt cardiaque parce qu'on a perdu l'objet qui vous donne une "identité"... Merci Wiko et soutenons les marques Françaises !

Ma fille a reçu un téléphone Y82 pour Noël, acheté chez Auchan. A peine 6 mois après, le téléphone ne fonctionne plus. Nous avons retourné le téléphone au SAV. 2 à 3 semaine plus tard, il nous est revenu, téléphone d'un côté, batterie de l'autre et il ne fonctionne toujours pas! Je pense qu'ils nous ont renvoyé le même téléphone avec la même batterie... Fuyez les achats de téléphone chez Auchan !
