NOT WORKING AS SHOULD, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME/MONEY/ AND EFFORT ......DO NOT USE THIS FACADE CLAIMING TO BE A DECENT COMPANY....NO NO, NO.......

Absolutely discussed with this online store.

1. Delivered incorrect size boots.
2. Took 2 weeks to finally get then to send correct size.
3. Received need boots, but again the incorrect size.
4. Don't answer emails.
5. Slow response times.

Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for my item,been well over 2 weeks ,nobody answers the phone and when emailing you get a generic reply regarding tracking .Absolute disgrace of a company ,customer service is non existent. Avoid at all cost.Shocking

Do not use this Company. Total sham. They will eventually ( three weeks for me ) send you the product. It will be cheaply made and disappointing. Try to return and you find they give you a Chinese address and return at your own cost. I have kept the inferior looking shoes and a big reminder to check any company’s reviews before ever buying again

Don’t understand how they are getting away with this. Reading some of the reviews and so many people in my position. Bought a fly trap. Took over two weeks to come. And when I plugged it in, doesn’t work. Emailed for a return/refund and they wanted a video of it not working. Did just that and now ignoring all my emails. Truthfully a disgrace. I will continue to email and chase for my money back as they should not be getting away with this as they seem to do it so often.

Product is very well made easy to install very happy with purchase .

Delivery could be quicker though.

Delivery was faster than I expected (about 10 days) and the bag I ordered was perfect at a fraction of the price I could never afford. The website is genuine

Shockingly bad. I tried to cancel an order and they claimed I didn’t cancel my order within their 12 hour cancellation time even though I cancelled my order within 2 hours of ordering from them. They then proceeded to ignore my evidence proving my case. I believe they are a drop shipping business and they order their stuff from China as that is where my product is being delivered from but they themselves are based in Spain. Avoid them at all cost

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After over 3 weeks still nothing arrived, nothing on tracking, unhelpful customer service, seems like chat GPT writes the responses. Refused to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered goods that were expensive and not as advertised. When I emailed them to return I kept getting messages confirming my order. Then asking me to send photos, order numbers and delivery dates-all a waste of time. Complete scam and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY!! Cheap product.

Got them for my wife and they were delivered on time. And she just loves them, Great thats one box ticked , she goes on to say they hold her foot and ankle with a firm but gentle grip ,it feels sturdy she said , and the material inside is so soft. I can tell you there is nothing in my life that has made her this happy in years. Now I would say that they were a bit expensive but my Mrs said No ,now apparently I am going to buy another pair for my son and she is showing them to the neighbours as well , Did I just hear her say it's ok paul will get you a pair!!. This is just getting silly now lol.....

i have been trying for about a month to return a faulty item , and they are refusing to accept a return or refund , maria from customer support service just says the same thing over and over again , its impossible to get a return or refund AVOID THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY , I WISH I HAD CHECKED TRUSTPILOT FIRST

Absolute Scam of a site

Asked for an order to be stopped about 2 minutes after it was purchased

Got emailed days later saying they couldn’t and to return it once it had been delivered

Asked to return it and they now are saying I can’t…

I wish I googled them before purchasing . Everything negative unfortunately it’s true . Products are so low quality. I had to chase them a month so they can dispatched my order , how nice is that .
I can’t be bothered to return ( that’s how they make money)what I ordered but I know DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Slippers were like paper uppers.
Heel support collapsed trying them on.
Totally obstructive responses from customer service.
Never got a refund for the 2 pairs.

Product was delivered tovthe incorrect address in April and im still chasing a refund!!!

The shoes are lovely, but the delivery was pretty dire, to say the least. The courier failed to bring the package to my address until the Saturday long after it was due.
As I was due to leave to go on holiday, it was quite worrying, because it looked as if I might have to leave without them. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end.

It was delivered quite quickly and it's exactly what I was looking for. Excellent to handle thick long hair and very good sun protection. Comfortable and easy to pavk in any bag

I ordered a USB fly catcher. The first one arrived broken. This was replaced by a proper one after I complained to the seller. I would not waste your money on this product. Mine is going in the bin, unfit for purpose. The food is placed in the food tray, the catcher goes round BUT no flies are coming near it. All I have done is keep cleaning the food tray.
