Delayed in shipping item then refused a return , item didn't fit absolutely terrible company

Disgraceful. I ordered a pair of Vionic shoes based on the picture - the branding in their photo is clearly visible. After several weeks they sent a cheap pair of shoes which had no branding, were obviously totally different and terrible quality - different buckle, different stitching, glue everywhere. Despite sending photos to prove it was an entirely different pair of shoes and therefore being well within their ‘100% guarantee’ re returns, they claimed I was trying to return the shoes due to ‘personal preference’. Avoid like the plague!!! Scam central.

Do not trust this company. Their website states a 100% guaranteed return, but this is the email I just got from customer services.

I ordered a camera 1 month ago. It still has not arrived and there is no tracking details. So I had to buy another. I explained that I no longer need the item and would have to return it if it ever turns up and this was the response: "Please note that our return policy applies only to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order falls under any of these categories, we kindly ask that you provide clear proof of the issue. This should include photos of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label attached to the package.

Once we receive the required documentation, we will review your request and assist you accordingly.

If the reason for return does not fall within our return policy guidelines, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process the return request."

A complete sham of a company

The delivery was slow but the customer service was excellent the assured me it was not lost and on its way. The hat is great quality and my wife loves it.

Do not buy from this company. The product did not fit the description. They say you can return orders, but they do not meant that. I gave up and lost £40.00 for an absolutely rubbish pair of trainers, not fit for purpose, advertised as 'ergonomic' - it was a joke, but I am not laughing. Will not buy from the internet again, gutted to waste my money like this.

Would put no star if I could. Told boots delivered. They were NOT. Its been weeks now and no explanation other than can't find order and yet received delivered notice. A joke. So ,so not impressed. Never ever again.

Absolutely shocking company. 1st I didnt realise they are just an expensive Temu or Ali and when my order hadn't arrived after a week I realised. So eventually the item turned up 4 wks after and was no longer needed. I emailed them to say I no longer need it as it turned up too late for the job intended. They said I couldn't return for that reason. In the returns policy it states I could return for what ever reason no Qs asked .... Joke so avoid. Glad I paid by CC so will get bank to sort it

I haven't heard from you for at least 2-3 weeks and was not expecting to hear from you again, but you have excelled in your total incompetence and dishonesty one more time - well done!

The fault right from the start was that you sent the wrong shoe size!!!

I have heard all your reasons for not being able to offer a refund - none of them are valid.

This is the worst and most dishonest customer service I have ever encountered - DON'T buy anything from them!!!

Zero customer service. You just get form letters from robots. No one tries to help. The return promises made on their website mean nothing. You will never get a refund. Definitely avoid.

Not delivered in time. Not refunded. Takes weeks to arrive from China!

I had ordered a hammock as a present for a family member going on a camping trip. Initially the estimated delivery time was 2-5 working days so would arrive on time, however it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive as it was coming from china which was misleading on the website, and therefore did not come in time for the trip. As the website advertises 90 day refunds no questions asked I applied for a refund, to be told they only refund damaged items. I have had a back and fourth with customer services who have changed their minds several times to whether I qualify for a refund and have decided that I do not, despite the advertising on their website. Do not order from here, the products are cheap quality from china, take forever to arrive and then you will be refused a refund even though you are following their policy as advertised. Luckily I have screenshots of all this information on their website so will contact my bank about this.

Was struggling with delivery issues but the support team clear that quite quickly

Terrible customer service. Item was cheap, nasty and screed up in small plastic bag
Asked for refund and met with one excuse after another: need photographic evidence of package; can’t confirm delivery date to know if eligible . No response to request for a return address.

Don’t buy from them.

Do not buy from this company! The garden hose I bought sprung a leak within a week. Trying to get a sensible response from their customer service was impossible. Round and round in circles, each time talking to a different ‘person’. Gave up in the end. Will never use them again

I needed an item by a certain date 3 weeks later the plane has just taken off from China - and 4 days later it has still not landed!!!!

Wild goose chase trying to work out where my product is. A joke. This company should avoided at all costs.

Absolutely a Scam - terrible company I ordered an item months ago and it has not been delivered, I have asked for my money back, over £50, but they say they cant refund as the item is in transit - it must be coming by Yak from Outer Mongolia.

AVOID! scam company selling cheap inferior products - they will not refund and keep send ridiculous replies
