Bag as advertised, actually better than I thought it would be. The delivery was reasonable and was informed through tracking. I will definitely order from them again.

Appalling experience. Item drop-shipped from China took far longer than estimated at point of sale. Product bore no relation to that pictured online and all requests for a refund were ignored. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM website, products are not as described. They will not issue any refunds. please be very cautious do not order from this website. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN its terrible scam online shopping sites can somehow advertise online and rob consumers.

Sizing is a bit off, and communication between ordering and deliver could be better

Well what can I say if you could rate these a Zero that's what I would do, I ordered a Smart watch back on the 19th July only to be told at then end of July they do not stock this watch tried to send me a replacement which was a cheaper version, I then asked for a refund on the 6th August and to date still not received. Please do not buy anything from these people.

These shoes will take me through the wet season coming up. I have other barefoot shoes for summer but needed something waterproof. Thank you.W

Returning goods is rejected. The website gives reasons for returning but I ended up trying every reason and non was accepted.

Wow what a litany of bad reviews you have, if only we’d checked you out before we purchased your poor quality swimsuits. We emailed you a week ago to request a refund authorisation but having read peoples comments here and on instagram we see you’re a scam company. You have been reported you to the bank, trading standards and we will take further action to ensure your not able to trade

I ordered hiking shoes for my holiday, they didn't arrive in time, and have been back 2 weeks, still no delivery. What a joke! I said I wanted a refund when they eventually get delivered, they said that they don't do refunds unless they are damaged. Absolutely disgusting service. Don't bother ordering from this company!

A completely unsatisfactory experience. The shoes took a long time to arrive and when they did they were too big. The company does not allow returns, which I did not realise. Do not order from them unless you are 100% confident that the item will be exactly suitable--something very difficult to do when ordering on line.

We would like to give zero stars but sadly not an option.
We bought 3 sonic cat repellers at a total cost of £71.76

Week 1 - 1st unit developed fault
Week 2 - 2nd unit developed fault & 3 unit stopped altogether. Constant toing & froing of emails to & from customer support then eventually after 2 months plus, sorry no returns or refunds.
I suspect the only good reviews are family & friends.

Item purchased was not what was in the photo and the company completely refused a refund, even when I screenshot their 'change of mind 90 day returns policy'. They also use highly irritating overly polite language in their emails to apologise for literally robbing you blind. Do not go near them!!
The whole company is a complete scam.

Absolutely disgusting. They lied in the product advert, I bought something made of metal and when it arrived it was made of plastic.

They are refusing a refund.

What kind of scum runs a company like this?

Received product in good time but it did not fit, Wild Eye vision would not accept a return as out of policy and said if I simply posted it, that would not mean a return. Within the returns policy on line and that which was sent with my receipt, I was within my rights to return the item. Lots of e-mail communication and Wild Eye did finally accept that the returns policy I was sent and the one on the website allowed me to return the item but, it was not allowed under ‘their’ policy. This made no sense, I asked politely for a phone call and got nothing, I asked repeatedly for ‘their’ policy and did not receive it. They then stopped responding. Avoid this company, they are crooks and do not honour their own policies easily available on their website.

The product was exactly what I was hoping for.

The product is made of cheap plastic and is poorly manufactured the item started to fall apart as soon as it was taken out of the box and had a scratch across the screen. Customer service is a waste of time a nd space . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pair of walking trainers from this website. Shoes did not fit well. Requested a return for a refund, as website states 90 day return policy, however, customer support ignoring requests for a refund. Instead replies not that my feedback has been noted and as they have sent the size that was ordered they consider the order fulfilled. If I had looked at reviews from this company prior to ordering, I wouldn't have used them! Avoid!!!

generally the product took much longer than they said to reach me and when it wasnt what I was looking for their returns policy isnt a returns policy even if you say you will pay the postage they argue back. I have kept the item now as it is too hard but I wont be buying for them again and dont recomment anyone else to either.
