Ordered a pair of walking trainers from this website. Shoes did not fit well. Requested a return for a refund, as website states 90 day return policy, however, customer support ignoring requests for a refund. Instead replies not that my feedback has been noted and as they have sent the size that was ordered they consider the order fulfilled. If I had looked at reviews from this company prior to ordering, I wouldn't have used them! Avoid!!!

generally the product took much longer than they said to reach me and when it wasnt what I was looking for their returns policy isnt a returns policy even if you say you will pay the postage they argue back. I have kept the item now as it is too hard but I wont be buying for them again and dont recomment anyone else to either.

Avoid at all costs. Products are not as described. Customer service is non existent and shipping slow.

Do not purchase anything from this company.
My product stopped working after 30 days and they refused honour any type of guarantee.
My product was an outside solar powered animal deterrent that was not waterproof!?!

I bought a pair of “waterproof barefoot shoes”. Nice looking shoes, comfortable, but how they can say they are waterproof?!! I wore them for the first time on short damp grass - I wasn’t wading through puddles - and they leak like a sieve. My feet were soaking!
Have complained but no refund offered.

Appalling. They sent the wrong item (similar but not the same and not what I wanted.) Refused to accept a return even if i paid for it!! Took 35 emails to get a final refusal. They kept saying that as the item is not faulty they will not accept a return, despite the fact that it is not the correct thing! Really terrible customer service, and infuriating "we understand and apologise for inconvience" but "will not accept return." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not go near this company. I received a faulty item and they will not take it back/refund me. Still trying to fight it but getting a response basically saying ‘no you can’t return it’. Quoted UK Consumer Laws, Cotizen’s Advice and their own returns policy and they say they understand ‘my perspective’ on their policy. It’s not ky perspective, it’s their own policy written clearly which they are contravening.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Do not touch! Refund policy states that if you change mind, don’t worry - 90 day refund: tried to return after 4 days and told no refund as product not faulty. £70 product - very very disappointed. Will keep trying, cannot afford to give up.

Terrible company do not buy from them, refuse returns despite being over three weeks late

Previously bought another one only for the stitching to fail,no chance of that with this one.

I bought a bag which it says premium leather i had it tested it's pure plastic.

They are dishonest and have no scruples. I ordered a wooden wine picnic table as a present for my daughter-in-law. The image showed the table holding a full bottle of wine through a hole, standing on a ledge that looked at least 6-10 inches from the ground. What I received from a flimsy piece of bamboo, less than half the size of the one in the photo. The size is clear by comparison with a standard wine bottle. I tried being polite and suggested that they had been let down by their suppliers. They replied by saying the item I have received meets their standards. It is blatantly dishonest behaviour, because the return address is in China, so it would cost more to return that what I paid for the item.

Really disappointed with my experience with Wild Eye Vision.

The ceiling lights took a really long time to arrive, and when they eventually turned up, the quality was awful. They looked and felt nothing like the standard I was expecting for what I paid.

To make matters worse, I contacted them to return the lights and they are now refusing to accept the return. After waiting so long for poor-quality products, I would at least expect decent customer service and a straightforward returns process.

Overall, a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from Wild Eye Vision again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

Im never normally one to leave a review, but they have really annoyed me on this.

I ordered my item near a month ago and it still has not arrived , even do i paid for express delivery

Do not under any circumstance buy anything from this company, my sleeping bag turned up nearly three weeks after ordering and when it did turn up it was like a bin bag.
It was not cheap and most definitely not worth any way near the cost.
They have refused point to give me a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

The website states returns available up to 14 days, this is rubbish they don’t want to give refunds ,and paid returns if they agree have to be sent to China!!! And the quality is not as advertised, I ordered slippers in my usual size which came fairly promptly, the packaging was not good and the slippers were squashed, I had a job to get them on . When I finally squeezed my foot in the slippers were a snug fit and I had no socks on . They are are advertised as orthopaedic but they are not My son bought these for my birthday so very disappointed- don’t waste your money.

Took longer to arrive than I expected. Seems to be working well so far.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent out a coat in the wrong size that looks nothing like the image on the website. When i queried this they told me that their website is for illustrative purposes only and the images should not be used to make a decision on a purchase…sorry, what?!

Despite the consumer regulations act 2013 and their own refund policy giving me the right to cancel the order with them they are refusing and keep sending the same email responses saying they cannot help.

I am raising this with trading standards and going through my bank to issue a chargeback, this company does not act lawfully.

I would advice anyone else in the same situation to also raise chargebacks with their banks as this kind of situation is covered. If everyone does this, this company will not be able to continue operating and scamming people.

There is a reason this company does not have a social media platform - no one would touch them if they had that exposure.

I would agree with other customers, don’t buy from this company. I ordered two pair of shoes, should have been a 41, one was a 40 and the other a 43, the company refused to accept a return. I was also asked to give the warehouse person a tip when I placed my order, which is odd in the first place. My advice is don’t waste your time go elsewhere and save yourself time, money & hassle.

I wish I read the reviews first. I was conned.

I ordered 2 small swimsuits and received 2 HUGE bodysuits (after first receiving 2 gym tops??!!!?)

The photos, description, clams of lots of good reviews and happy customers, size chart, 90-day risk free trial advice and answers to their frequency asked questions on the product pages of their website (from which I ordered) are seemingly all wrong and completely misleading.

I cannot return the incorrect rubbish I have been delivered and get a refund.

They should be shut down.
