Service and communication excellent and a really high quality beautiful product

Never ever order from this company!! They sell very low quality products disproportionately priced.
I ordered an electric blanket, described as 100% cotton on the website. The item I received was made of 100% polyester. I emailed the company, no reply. In the months following on from this I found out that it is impossible to get them to accept the return of a product. Luckily I had paid with my credit card, and my bank helped me to eventually get a refund 5 months later. The hoops and processes I had to jump through were difficult to say the least; I was close to giving up a couple of times but the sense of injustice kept me going.

I purchased a power bank with solar capability, at £50. When I saw the swathe of negative reviews on here I tried to cancel my order, but too late. It took 2 weeks to arrive. It looked cheap but I wanted to remain positive as I had spent £50 on this device - this is the type of price you pay when you want to invest in a good piece of kit.
1) The solar powered aspect is not even mentioned in the manual, and does not really seem to do anything, other than make the device heavy.
2) It charged my phone only once fully (and my phone was not even out of battery) but drained 70% of the power bank.
3) It took at least 12 hours to re charge (from 30%) making it seem like a power bank from 10 years ago.

I felt well and truly ripped off. It was a very cheap, very basic device, sold at a very high price.
For comparison, you can pay around £30-£40 for a power bank that can do 3 full charges of an iphone and recharge itself within 6 hours.

I wish I could have a refund as it's alot of money for a product that works like power banks from 2012.

They have created a good looking website, so you are lured in.
I did notice on my last visit to the website that my power bank had been reduced in price to £30 but my hard earned money has gone to what feels like a scam operation selling cheap, ultra basic items, at a high price.
I should have visited Trustpilot first!

The item (Battery Garden Scissors) has two cutters: for pruning, also grass cutting. After seconds of first use the pruner failed and resisted any effort to re use. Company provided no contact info or method of return. Found on Google. E mail resulted in series of similarly worded replies suggesting remedy. Pointless. Suspect not communicating with an actual person. Final response was Gobbledygook confirming this was a bot. My final request has been for a simple replacement of the faulty part.This was too much for 'Maria' who replied with nonsense declining this request or refund with some comment about 'personal choice' (unrelated to the conversation).I am not sure if their behaviour is legal in relation to trade practice. The buying public needs protection from this company.

I would highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company. I received a pair of shoes that were a very poor fit but they said that wasn't a good reason for a return and refused to accept them back or provide a refund. I was well within my 14 day period and have the right to a refund. Companies such as these should not be allowed to operate.

Purchased a pair of sandals, paid extra on delivery, took weeks to arrive. Arrived in the wrong size (two sizes larger). No good to me. Attempted to follow for their refund process, was then emailed requesting photos which were duly sent and since then its all gone quiet. No response at all! I suspect they are forcing me now beyond their 14 day return policy so I can simply be ignored and left with a product I did not order. Poor customer quality and service. DO NOT fall victim to this awful business!

The rug is plastic with a printed design. The picture gave the impression it was a carpeted rug. Very disappointing.

The camping mat is really easy to inflate & nice & deep to sleep on for a side sleeper. It folds down really compact & weights less than a 1 kg

The most important thing is I received what I ordered and I could track the progress of delivery throughout. The positives are there were no scratches on my bags & they had stickers on. The negatives are delivery took 3+ weeks, the strap holes of the bag were very close to the edge and appear as though a heavy weight could rip them, & the strap buckles were so small it was a struggle to put it on. Most annoyingly, the bags had no inner filling & were squashed to within an inch of their life which has resulted in huge irremovable creases in the leather.

The item was poor quality and clearly not fit for purpose.
I contacted Wild Eye Vision to ask for the return details and a refund as per their website conditions.
They have replied saying that I am unable to return.
I have quoted UK Consumer Law and they say they "understand your concerns under UK consumer law"
AVOID they are scammers.

The company has a very personal approach and answered questions perfectly before I had even ordered from them.the product therefore was perfect for my neeeds.

They are comfortable but a cheap pair of trainers would be as good.

Item described as bird inhibitor. 100% did not work. Poor quality, bland customer service, ignored refund request.

Communication was excellent throughout. Delivery time was good. Product ordered was not quite what I was expecting but will suit my needs.

I was kept up to date all the way from the minute I ordered my water carrier. Easy to use website.

I ordered a lamp for £59.99 from Wild Eye Vision in February 2026. The lamp never arrived. Despite repeated requests over a 6 month period, Wild Eye did not send a replacement and refused to refund the money I had paid.

Brilliant service had to wait a little longer for delivery but I was kept informed I would recommend to friends and family 👍

This has no concern for customers.
I ordered a swimming costume, they sent a t shirt. Upon realising they actually send their items from China i contacted them asking for a refund. They kept saying another team would get back to me then finally sent a new item without discussing with me first. Of course weeks later the swimming costume arrives and it’s terrible quality and doesn’t fit. You then realise you’d have to pay to return it to China. I’ve been emailing back and forth for the last month asking finally for the official complaints procedure which they clearly don’t have.
They absolutely should not be allowed to be trading.

The saw is usable but the fact it had to be assembled was the downside.

Order a monoculur from this company, incorrect item sent ( Binoculors) contacted customer services they did reply once then nothing
NOT HAPPY AT ALL
will not be ordering from ever again
