Great telescope - took longer than I had anticipated but it will give my husband a lot of pleasure, especially in the winter months

The more I have contacted this company the more I realise I am just whistling at the wind. You will never get anywhere with a complaint, just polite replies thanking you for your valuable feedback. Almost laughable really. I have made peace with myself for falling pray to their “honest” advertising!!! The three USB powered fly catchers are going in the bin and my promised refund will never come. I shall always use Trustpilot to check companies BEFORE purchase in future.

I ordered a dog tracker that came after 7 weeks. I can’t use it because you need an app, and when I went to match it up with the bar code they sent me I was told it was not recognised. also is was expensive and looked very cheap. I asked for refund and sent photos etc. sent about 20 e-mails and had no response at all.
I would definitely not buy from this website.

Advertising themselves as 4.5 Trustpilot score!?! Big lie!

This company has fulfilled all it promised and I would be happy to recommend them.
The range of goods is wide and I was able to find a hat with adjustable sizing which I have not found found readily available else where and is a great feature..

Brilliant product small delay with the delivery

The item I brought is very good and the price was excellent I thought. The Company I brought it from was very good, easy to order and kept me informed where it was until it arrived in a sturdy packaging. Will use the company again.

Good quality product but quite a long time until delivery.

Appalling quality-having waited three weeks for delivery got a high viz supposedly rechargeable lighted vest for cycling-the light wouldn’t even be competition for a glow worm. Put it straight in the bin! Goodbye to £25!!!

I do wish I’d read just a handful of reviews before being lured into the net of seeing a high quality product advertised, with all the flounce, including money back security et cetera et cetera. The window mosquito screens arrive some weeks later, with masses of cellophane wrapping with Chinese tick-box sticker showing sku numbers for components. No instructions, just folded pieces of net and rolled plastic strips and corner edges that made no sense of how to assemble into a screen, and I’m a reasonably accomplished assembler of tricky flatpacks! I contacted customer services - and following half a dozen emails and all attempts just to get some instructions, other than:
‘Upon checking with our team, we can confirm that the correct product and components were sent to you. To set it up, you just need to stick the magnetic strip onto your window and then cover the other end with the cloth provided.’ 🤔
I politely asked for a refund:
‘After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we cannot approve your request because it falls under personal preference and the product is no longer needed. We understand how disappointing this may be, and we sincerely apologize that the item did not meet your expectations.
Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to using it to enhance our product quality in the future. We truly want you to have a positive experience, and we encourage you to explore the product's features and potential benefits—there may be more to discover than you expected.’

I never post bad reviews - I’m probably going to get over this very quickly and perhaps wish I’d not posted a bad review, but …

I purchased one fly catcher, when it came to checkout there was a pop up screen saying do you want to confirm order at .... price I clicked yes, and then found out I had ordered two. I contacted them straight away but they refused to cancel my order and now will not let me send it back for a refund. My messages are now being ignored.
Horrible company avoid.

Took 4 weeks to receive solar charger (should have been 8-10 business days). Charger doesn't charge, even in the ridiculously sunny weather we've been experiencing in the UK. Advised by the company that "only 80-100 milliamps can be charged per hour via solar energy. Because of this solar charging is inherently slow and the device mainly requires charging with a standard plug-in charger". Left out all day, but nothing! Company won't refund. Absolute scam. Do not touch with a barge-pole.

The slippers are good,especially the soles which help for good balance for my sisters health condition

For me goggles actually arrived! Some Internet products never materialise. Also Googles arrived in ok time (we are at Lands End) so everything takes a bit to get here and they are fine. I’d say if you can source some with silicon on the strap to stop them slipping on the helmet you’d be onto a real winner.

They have just come back to me today with their final decision...Hence, I'm writing this review today... I bought a Buzz-free Mosquito Trap less than 2 weeks ago. It did not do what it was meant to do, namely to catch mosquitoes without emitting toxic fumes and making noise. (I went with this product as a solution because I'm very sensitive to environmental toxins and my body was reacting negatively to being bitten i.e. an allergic reaction.) It only arrived after I requested an update on where it was . I waited, in all ,17 days -- not what I was lead to believe from the site which stipulated 6 days deliver. Once it arrived I tested the product out over a couple of days and found I continued to get mercilessly bitten (with the product working from 5pm right through to 10am.) By this point I had determined it was mosquitos by cleaning thoroughly and fumigating my newly moved into flat. Then, I replied to the Reputon review email which stated:"If you're not satisfied, let us fix it for you. Reply to this email, and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy." This could not be further from the truth! They do not adhere to UK legal consumer rights and even though I have given them fair hearing and fair warning of legal proceeding, they are unwavering in their refusal to give me a return address and my money back! Absolutely terrible behavior! In all the years I've been in premium and luxury retail I've never experienced such awful service! As a advocate of treating people fairly and with understanding, I do not like leaving bad reviews, (I would rather leave no review than a bad one.) However, this is something else! I've been forced to complain publicly! It saddens me to do this... I'm sorry to say, I will be looking into legal action!

What a complete rip off , wish I had read reviews before I bought , I have tried to send back two cardigans, they look nothing like the pictures, they are fit for charity, the quality is so so poor , although I get nicely worded e mails , no way will they let me send them back even though I supplied them with photos etc ., THIS IS A WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
