After struggling to get any help from the manufacturer or distributors WildBounds sent me a new, replacement, tent. Their customer service team are excellent.

Ordered 2 x Big Agnes sleeping mats at around 7am in the morning; I accidentally ordered the regular width instead of wide. Contacted the team via their WhatsApp account, and they responded by 9am. They corrected the order, I paid the extra, they dispatched same day. Excellent service - I will be visiting their site first for future hiking/camping purchases.

I love their product selection - I bought the Barebones "Field Hatchet", when it arrived I saw there was a flaw in the wood of the handle. Emailed the CS and they we able to offer a refund or exchange. The item came well packaged and in good time for Xmas I was expecting it to be late :)

I ordered the 'Buran III | Reflective - 24L / Black XRF' bag from Wildbounds on 19/12/2023 and got it 22/12/2023 via Royal Mail parcel service. I had a follow up email from Ellie saying that if I had question to reach out... nice touch.

Unfortunately the bag didn't meet my requirements, so I returned it and got my money back in 2 working days.

The return process was as easy as Amazon. I'd definitely buy from Wildbounds again.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a fireplace set I bought from them. Used WhatsApp to contact them for service. Very prompt responses and great communication throughout the process. Had a replacement set sent out and received within a week. Would highly recommend.

With my most recent item, I had a slight issue where it arrived faulty. I contacted WildBounds who got back to me immediately to resolve the issue.
