WASTE OF TIME.

I ordered 250 bladder snails for a Refresh of my genetics. The cost of this was £98. I myself sell snails and always pick and pack and ship same-day if ordered by 2pm, and next day for anything after this. Two days after ordering I emailed for a for an update / shipping as they're live animals I wanted to ensure id be able to receive the parcel. It wasn't until a further two days had passed and a second email follow (4 days since ordering) that I got a reply stating that it would take them a while longer to sort the order as it was a "large quantity". Another 4 days pass when I reach out again asking if there were any further updates, (8 days from order). Day 9 I lost my patience and emailed repeatedly for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded. Day 10 they cancelled. In this 10 days I received 1 response to my query's, and 1 email to say it had been cancelled. Then it was a further 4 day wait for my £100 back.

Personally I wouldn't recommend anybody attempts to purchase, and if you do be prepared to wait, they do not communicate with you unless you send daily emails in hopes of a single response.

Had a fantastic experience with this company, I needed some water chestnut and ramshorn snail & these guys certainly delivered the goods! Customer services were super helpful & polite to me. Will be getting all my pond supplies with them from now on

Ordered black mosquito larvae.
Took them 8 days to tell me they were out of stock and offered two awful and completely different substitutes instead.
Made some excuse about leaving it too late to collect the specimens as they had already turned into adults.
Told them adults would be fine, hut would also accept larvae or white mosquitoes, (not midges), was told two later that the substitute item is also out of stock and forced refund.
Awful service, poor excuses, awful response time and customer service.
DO NOT waste your time with them.
What they claim to be and do on the website is utter nonsense. Terrible company.

Did not know it was possible to buy frogs and was sad to see nothing is coming to my pond which I made last year. Ordered ten frog tadpoles - received quickly and more than ten! All big, healthy and active. Put them in my garden pond - three weeks later they are already growing legs. Very happy with the company.

Ordered 500+ live daphnia. Arrived in a tiny box with a tiny bag about 100. Half of them was dead already. It was exactly the size what you buy in a fish shop for £1.50 per sachet. I paid over £20 for 500+. I know its hard to count 500 daphnia,but do not take buyers for a fool! Waste of money and time! This company is no short of crooks! Flippin ridiculous! Never ever buy anything again from them. Avoid this company at all cost!

Fast dispatch next day delivery of 150 common frog tadpoles.
An amendment to my order was lightning fast with an easy to use payment link.
If only all companies were as businesslike as this.
Will definitely use again.

I purchased two water snails from WP&A. They took a while to come in the post and when they arrived, not particularly well packaged, I placed them in my pond. After two weeks I noticed that they had died. I advised WP&A, who blamed it on my water pH; there is no issue with this and also said they couldn't take responsibility once it left them - but timing and packaging is in their control!
They refused to address my compliant.
I purchased two alternatives and they are happily living in my pond!
Poor experience with WP&A so beware and complain at the very start if you aren't happy with ANYTHING..

Ordered 20 tadpoles, all arrived dead. They came in a tiny box 4" sides, the plastic bag the size of my fist, it's hardly surprising they didn't survive!! Should have been a box 12" sides with a big bag filled with oxygen like you get when buying fish. Amateurs.

Ordered 50 tadpoles for garden pond, Royal mail damaged in transit, all arrived dead, 100% money refunded without a problem.An excellent seller.

My partner ordered some frogspawn for our recently constructed/ now settled wildlife pond in our ‘new-build’ garden here in S. Yorkshire.
The shipping was excellent; arriving by 9.15 am the following day and the spawn was extremely well developed; at the ‘emerging’ stage.
The young tadpoles are all surviving.
We were concerned about how the spawn would be shipped ( would it survive?!) but we have been very pleasantly rewarded.
Thank you so much. We will be ordering again.

I ordered 10 swan mussels, they arrived, but two are dead
These swan mussels dont come cheap either
Never got updates about delivery
They arrived in a box and a plastic bag, which leaked, very little water in the bag, but lots of bubble wrap
Tried contacting them, they dont have a phone number (that should have made me realise this isnt such a good company)

What company doesnt have a phone number ?

Sent them 5 emails with pictures, no response from them, no refund either

I just hope the surviving mussels live
Wont be dealing with them again
They really dont care about reviews, good or bad

I have had the pleasure of ordering from this company on a few occasions. The orders were sent promptly and the packaging was excellent. All invertebrates were very much alive and kicking. Whenever I have contacted the team they have responded the same day and been super helpful with any requests. I dug and created a wildlife pond 3 months ago but was sadly lacking the wildlife aspect. I came across these guys online and I now have a full ecosystem that is thriving. My pond is teaming with life and I cannot wait for February when stocks of amphibians will be available.
I spend a lot of time sitting and observing the behaviours of all the new species that I have bought and introduced into the pond. It absolutely fascinates me watching these little creatures going about their business. I have to admit the water crickets are may favourites.
I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I received 10 minnows, 5 stone loaches and some aquatic bugs today Tues 22.10.. Royal Mail was a little late, turning up at 2pm instead of before 1pm. Their site even said they were unable to gain access and would deliver Wed 23.10! Must be their HORIZON PC! ANYWAY all healthy and swimming and hiding in the pond. 2nd purchase from this company and will do so again if need be. Thanks Phil for all your prompt emails and healthy aquatic life. Ordered toad tadpoles got more then ordered. Shipped really fast. Great packaging cannot fault the service will use again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! IF YOU CONTACT THE OWNER BECAUSE YOU HAVE A ISSUE I.e dead animal on arrival or other issues and he will blame you for any issues. He gets very aggressive and black marks you. And if you order anything the following year he will simply cancel your order. Who wants to be a customer with a owner like this??
