I have been following Wild Thing on social media for a while now, and recently made a purchase of the Fantasy Rainbow Bodysuit, in a 18/20. In the "notes" box whilst ordering, I asked WT to send "as close to a size 20 as possible and for the straps to be extra long as I'm tall and curvy".
My order arrived well packaged within a week, I was so excited to try on. However it was actually a nightmare to try on, as it was effectively a one-piece with four adjustable ties: one for each hip and two which crossed over at the back (to be fastened in the middle). I was expecting the lower part of the bodysuit to be attached at the waist so only the shoulder straps would need adjusting. It was frustrating to fasten all the ties one after the other, but once I mostly succeeded, the bodysuit was far too short in the torso, the fabric did not cover my bum or my boobs! Returned for a refund. However, I am giving Wild Thing three stars as I appreciate they are an independent retailer, packaging was good and delivery was fast.

I ordered a long sequin jacket from Wild Thing and I’m so happy with it! It looks and feels great, fab quality and has a unique look. I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly it arrived. It’s nice to support independent businesses, you may a bit more money but the quality and attention to detail is top notch. Highly recommend !

I bought two hooded coats from Wild Thing, and I am FLOORED at how beautiful they are! Pictures could never do them justice! The seller even rushed shipment to me all the way overseas so that I would receive them before my event! I am so in love with these, I swear I'm going to keep them forever, wear them in my retirement home, and be buried in one of them lol 😂.

Bought a dress recently that has been handmade, recycled from an old sari. I am in love!!!! It is so beautiful! The colours, the material, the detail and beads! It arrived quickly and customer service was great. It is adjustable and fits me perfectly, I can not wait to wear it (come on summer 2025!!!) And I will definitely keep an eye out for more beautiful offerings from Wildthing.

Please be very cautious with your money here - the items are very bad quality and not like the pictures at all and you will not be able to get any sort of money back as there is zero customer service. They will make your life hell

So disappointed with this retailer. All the promise of lovely bespoke items and being an ethical company. However, the hand made hat that I received looked like a child had put it together and was very poor quality and finish. They agreed to a return of the item but then kept the hat and did not pay my refund! Several emails have been ignored. It cost £55 for the hat and £10 to return it by recorded delivery, so that's me now £65 out of pocket! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!!!!

Was a little disappointed that my friend got a lovely big wild thing box and I got a tiny brown box bursting at the seams but I we not disappointed when I opened it !

Excellent quality , great costumer service when I’ve emailed about sizing etc speedy reply .
Will defo be supporting this small business in the future .

My beautiful stars and sun coat arrived this morning. Packaged well in a small box to minimise postage. Just hanging it up will return it's shape..it's lovely on and so warm. I love that these pieces are not part of fast fashion and appreciate one may pay a little more for that. I'm sure this coat will last many years. I'm a very happy customer and look forward to wearing it at upcoming festivals:)

Absolutely loved my mirror playsuit. Really unique, good quality perfect for Ibiza clubbing season and beyond. Arrived very quickly & in a super cute purple box. Also included an invite to BH mini festival. See you tomorrow in Bristol

The coat I purchased was £140 and it was delivered squashed into a tiny box wrapped in plastic ..its taken almost a week to remove the creases no delivery or returns note not even a compliments slip not the best experience

I love my coat, it's beautiful and just what I wanted! But unfortunately when I very carefully pulled the coat out of the bag and packaging, a ton of little beads came falling off and all over my floor. These coats aren't cheap and shipping wasn't either as I live in the USA. I'll now have to find a seamstress to find matching beads to sew them on which will cost me even more money!

I really think packaging should be improved to ensure damages like this don't happen. As a first time buyer, I'm a tad disappointed with the beads falling off and not being able to find them all (some went down my heater/ac vent in the floor). This coat cost me almost 1/4 of my paycheck so I probably will not purchase again for fear of damages.

I recently ordered a red beaded co-ord set from this website. It was my first order and was really excited to receive it. I was extremely disappointed when it arrived in a ripped paper bag surrounded by a poorly packed plastic wrap. As I took both the top and bottom garments out of the bag, they disintegrated into a pile of beads and sequins. I’ve had to resort to sticking them back on with fabric glue. There are seams, threads and nags in the fabric all over, and I have no confidence that it will hold together when I actually wear it.

I thought the company was reputable, and for a £70, I assumed I would be ordering a good quality item that would have some longevity, plus something more than completely unprofessional packaging. Really poor.

I bought the first white sequin coat and fell in love, that quality is amazing and the sequins lights bounce off them and reflect all over the room or street lights bounce off them, really warm aswell, so then I went on to buy two more sequin coats, one arrived and it was again absolutely amazing sequin warm coat with a hood very well made, the 3rd coat got lost with Evri but company gave a fast refund for the item, both coats apart from the 3rd came fast no delays, actually the best coats I have ever purchased! I will definitely be buying more

I brought a hippie moon and star coat it is stunning but before buying I ask what was sizing like as I m size 12 in most shops and company said it was 12/14 and had lots of room and when it arrive to my disappointment it was not big it was more like size 10/12 came up small which I pointed this out to company in message and email
I sent it back just after Xmas and cost me £12 for special delivery which I didn’t think it was unfair as I had ask about sizing and went on the company advice and I felt they told me wrong I should’ve been refunded the next day delivery for the postage, that cost me to return , I brought next size up size 14 which was not much different in size from size 12 very unhappy and disappointed to say the least. I did contact the seller straight away and explain that the sizing was off and there was not anything in the size considering it should’ve been a whole size bigger.
I did keep the jacket and I got my refund for the first one coat . Plus I paid next day delivery again for second coat and it didn’t come next day it was two day later on so I felt I should be refund one lot of next day delivery as it didn’t arrive when I paid for it and the return item postage as they gave me wrong advice on sizing which I ask before buying . Beautiful coat and sizing is off and disappointed in the service

I ordered the Shroom 2-way Jacket and the Shroom Tennis Skirt in the sale. The colours are less poppy and vibrant than on the website and look more of a washed out neon in person. The items are lined with white fabric - although would have been nice to have a colourful lining. The skirt has a little set of shorts sewn into the lining although these are quite tight and should have more give so I would size up if you're concerned. The fabric is not as high quality as I expected for the price I paid (even in the sale). I was considering returning them, but think I will keep them for now as I don't like waste or fast fashion and don't want to incur further pollution by returning them. I'll add photos when I'm at home later x

Amazing store. I bought so many funky items for my summer full of festivals. I love that everything is handmade by small designers and that they’re anti fast fashion. Deliver was super fast and their customer service is amazing!
