I purchased a couple of items from Wild…

I purchased a couple of items from Wild Thing over a month ago, I had an email update to say the order had been sent but I never received anything.

After over a week I emailed Wild Thing to let them know and they opened a case, I didn't hear anything from them for another week or so, and after reading the reviews here I became really concerned that I wouldn't be receiving my items and that I would have lost out on quite a considerable amount of money.

I emailed them again to ask for an update and to explain the situation and to my delight the team (Lorri) came back and offered a full replacement of the items I had ordered plus a 20% discount.

I selected which items I wanted to replace them and within only a few days they had arrived. Beautiful pieces and very well made!

I am still awaiting my refund, but it hasn't been long so allowing more time.

Don't let the other reviews put you off purchasing from here :)

Really fast and efficient service

Really fast and efficient service. They also provided great communication when I had queries regarding my purchase.
My outfit came within a few days and was absolutely stunning! I had so many compliments on the quality!
I have recommended Wildthing to all of my friends for our next festival.

Wildthing had a wide range of amazing festival clothes to choose from from so many brands, size inclusive from petite to plus size. I couldn’t be any happier!! Will be ordering again for next summer ☀️✨♥️

Package never arrived, no help from Wild Thing

I have shopped with Wild Thing for years, and always been so pleased with the experience. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I ordered an item from the ‘Dollique’ seller, and it was shipped on the 27.04.22. We are now on the 12.05.22 and the item hasn’t arrived, domestic shopping in the U.K. does not take two weeks! I’ve had no more emails regarding my order and it seems to have just disappeared into thin air. Clearly it’s got lost in the post, but neither Wild Thing or Dollique are responding to any of my messages! I have tried via instagram, email and WhatsApp… nothing.

I spent ages saving up for this item, as I work a just-above minimum wage job in the social care sector. The item was a co-ord and cost over £80. That’s more than 8 hours of work for me, gone! I am so, so upset by this. It feels awful knowing neither Wild Thing or Dollique give a hoot about their customers and aren’t even bothering to look into my parcel’s whereabouts, let alone try to resolve this for me.

Absolutely appalling customer service from both the wholesaler and the seller. Never ever again. I’ll be taking this further and making a complaint to the relevant authority, it’s not fair to take people’s hard earned money and not provide them with the goods purchased. I’m devastated :(

This has put me off for life, will never buy anything from Wild Thing again.

WARNING! Please do not purchase...

Please do not purchase from wildthing.com. The seller's website contains no returns information so I had to email for weeks to get a return address. The seller tried to claim I could not return the pieces despite the product pages clearly stating the items could be returned. Once I got the address, I sent the items back with signed for postage and have received no refund for 2 months. Wildthing.com continues to ignore me...

Please note I only managed to get their attention by messaging the Etsy boutique but that has now been shut down.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I purchased clothing from them and the item did not ever arrive, or was ever dispatched. It's now 2 months later and I have still not had a refund even though I've emailed them a ridiculous amount of times. I've reported this company to Trading Standards and am still trying to get in contact with them for a refund. It's incredibly difficult to contact them as their phone number doesn't even connect or seem to be in use!!

Awful. Avoid.

Unprofessional and uncommunicative.

They sent me the wrong size item ( despite the website saying they had medium), they deliberately sent me a Small.. I found out they didn’t even make any Mediums anyway.

I returned the item tracked and recorded (this took countless emails and Instagram messages to get their address). They received it a month ago and signed for it.

Their phone number doesn’t work, so that was useless.

I’m now awaiting a refund and it’s been weeks and not heard anything.

Avoid this website. I certainly won’t be using them again.

Awful communication

Awful communication - still trying to track down a big order I made and I am getting no response. One selling however, did respond saying that the weren’t notified of the purchase so there is also a gap in communication here. Hugely disappointed but I’m not going to give up as I am financially out of pocket.

Very mess company/lack of communication/ items on website dont reflect what's instock.

Very mess company. Never actually got the product I ordered. The brand that was supposed to complete the order did not respond to any of my emails regarding order for over 3 weeks (claiming bc of covid), finally they came to me and said that they didnt have the item in stock, I requested a refund and it took 5 days of me constantly emailing, ig messaging, commenting on ig to get a confirmation of the refund. Im disappointed bc it seemed to be a nice idea, but clearly the company needs to work out its kinks when it comes to communication with brands, customers and the wild thing website. Also, they should have a better way to contact someone when things go ary, I shouldnt have to send 15 emails to get one response with no solutions on my order. Also, why are there items being displayed as purchasable if the item isnt in stock? Its def a company where youll get hit or miss. Thankfully after a month i got confirmation of a refund. We'll see if i actually get it.
