Had a few warranty remedial’s completed by Lee, Mark and Jason Young. Great overall experience with all works carried out to a high and original standard. The guys were with us over a couple of days and were super friendly explaining all the details of works required and tidied up meticulously before leaving us.

I have been having issues with door to my park home. It was reported to Willerby and today the lovely Dave and Scott arrived to take a look. They were both friendly, respectful of my space and spent a fair bit of time sorting out just door. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I was happy with the adjustment and treated me with respect showing me what had been done and how I could adjust the door if I needed too.
Cheerful, friendly, got n the job quickly and worked neatly and efficiently and I am most satisfied with the work and pleased I can now lock my door.

Fantastic Service

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Dave and Scott from Willerby for the fantastic service at Lakeside Park. They fixed all of my issues and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism, helpfulness and friendly attitude were brilliant throughout.

Another fantastic visit by Jason R & Danny our warranty engineers who have been to the park today to carry out warranty work on units that had issues. Honestly cannot say highly enough about them. They are attentive and attention to detail is superb. Friendly and forthcoming, always welcome them to the Park. Thanks Guys!

Recently purchased a Willerby Boston and with all new lodges/caravans we had a few issues.
Danny & Jason had the task of correcting these and I can only commend them. They ensured that all the snags were addressed, albeit we are awaiting a return visit as items had not been dispatched with them in order to carry out a few of the snags.

My only “complaint” is most of the issues should have been resolved at the Quality Assurance stage.

For many years I have had Willerby caravans and the aftersales guys (Dave and Richard) are usually the ones who attend. As always great guys, very helpful and go above and beyond to get jobs done

Well done to Dave & Scott, all jobs done very quickly, very impressed.

Jason and Danny are extremely experienced and always happy to help. Nothing is too much for them!

Danny and Jason R came and fixed the issues in the lodge, mainly missing trim. They were very professional and respectful of our home. Cleaned up any mess which they made. Which is not always done by some workers! Well done guys.

I regularly make deliveries and collections from the Customer Care department. The staff there are always friendly, helpful and professional. Reece, Lee and Stuart are always happy to be of service.

Jason & Danny have been absolutely amazing ! Clearly knowledgeable, experienced and customer focussed. Well done Willerby !

Very polite, helpful and knowledgable. Jason carried out repairs / snagging issues and went above and beyond to ensure issues were resolved to a very high standard, and he reported items needing replacement. A very clean and competent workman- thank you!

We traded our ABI st david for a slightly older Willerby vogue lodge. The lodge is longer and wider and so much more comfortable. We have bought both units on the same site and had it sited on our existing pitch. We can make a direct comparison between the two as the res spec of the lodge makes it much quieter at night and thus more comfortable. Finally velux are great!

The caravan we bought is lovely and so warm in the winter . Ours is a 2 bed rio and delighted with it

Lee & Mark have done a great job at our static near Ripon.
Great customer service and gave us advice on several issues, to keep our static tip top.

We have struggled to get snagging jobs on our NEW Caravan completed for the last 5 months. Steve and Keegan visited this morning bent over backwards to complete, to our satisfaction, all the jobs hence the 5 star rating.

Jon visited us yesterday and today to cover some warranty issues. I must say I am very pleased with all the work he has completed for us. He is professional, very helpful and really knowledgeable. His work was of a high standard, happy owners and happy admin! Thank you
