We came in on Saturday and the showroom had a fair amount of people in it but we found someone to help us very quickly and the staff the very knowledgeable. The selection was excellent, the vanities are solid wood (mostly teak) and beautifully crafted. You get to choose your own stain color and custom quartz top. Plus, we found one that was on sale and fit the budget! Great experience, highly recommend.

Olga is fantastic. The men in the warehouse are so kind and helpful! The products are amazing quality! Do not hesitate to buy from Willow Bath and Vanity!

Daniel and Aleis were amazing ! They packaged everything the way it’s supposed to be done with care and understanding of the product and the products cost. They were kind and polite. They helped me load everything , but not before unboxing everything so I could confirm the contents and their perfect condition! This place is amazing! Daniel and Manuel at the pick-up/loading area where great. They inspected both vanity’s, installed both sinks, swapped out the hardware, and loaded me up. Super high quality, solid price and great customer service!

Unfortunately, when my installers were getting about to move these from my garage and install them they identified a hairline crack running through one of the sinks. I feel certain I did not cause this but because it was over 30 days I had to buy another sink. Just be better than me at really inspecting because it all ships from overseas. I think Vietnam?

All 3 employees I interacted with were super friendly when I arrived to pick up my order. From the nice woman in the office pointing me out where to go, to Danny & Lenis in the warehouse. Those two guys helped load my new bathroom counter/top & sink into my truck with a positive attitude. 5/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vanity was delivered but poorly packaged. Every drawer front rubbed through the stain.

Unfortunately, Customer Service is AWFUL. They don't answer the phone and have refused to provide a solution.

I have an exceptionally damaged vanity, no solution (except at my own cost), and would absolutely not recommend their products.

Daniel and Javier were great. Went over everything to make sure nothing was damaged, and got it into the car very delicately. Definitely recommend!

Nathan was very friendly and helpful through the ordering process. He knows the products very well and offered to send me pictures of the actual product to show the quality and color. He also picked up the phone and walked me through what to expect step by step after me placing the order. Now I think of my master bathroom vanity, it brings smile to my face. That is very special. The vanity looks to be of high quality and very elegant from the pictures. I look forward to receiving the product soon.

I haven't received my item yet (though I expect to love it!), so this review is about my service experience. I had planned to purchase through an online retailer, but started reading poor reviews. I decided to go direct to the manufacturer. I connected with Nathan at Willow - he's amazing! Great communicator online and in person. Knows the product and support / warranty processes. Plus he seems like an overall nice guy!

The person who helped guide my decision, Masha, was incredibly helpful and great. And then Ella got with the team and helped me find a better pricing situation. Have not taken delivery yet nor seen the vanity, but so far the company has been really great to work with. So, high expectations have been met so far and will be excited to put the 7 foot unit into service in our new addition.

Willow Bath and Vanity went way above their customer service to make sure we had a wonderful experience purchasing our vanity. Their prompt attempt to provide us with questions regarding our purchase was outstanding. We will continue to purchase all remaining vanities from them.
