I went to Wiltshire Tyres in Andover for help with a windscreen washer problem. It was more complicated than I expected and took three quarters of an hour to fix. Because I work at the local Hospital the manager did not charge me, which I thought was extraordinary generous of him. All he asked was that I review him which I am very happy to do both for his kindness and for fixing my problem. I hope he reads this and my appreciation.

I recently had an issue with a nail in my tyre, and Nas and the team were absolutely fantastic. They were on the ball and extremely accommodating, providing quick and efficient service. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of vehicle maintenance. Excellent Service from Wiltshire Tures in Royal Wootton Bassett. Kate and the team have been fantastic. I was experiencing issues with my vehicle, they took it in at short notice, put it on the diagnostic and had the parts delivered and fitted the next day. Communication was excellent throughout. I can not fault them. I will be using you again! Much appreciated, thank you.

Good group of guys and girls....rocked up expecting £100+ bill to replace a tyre....instead just a faulty value which was fixed free of charge! Huge thanks .....not bad for a late in the day ask too!! Top guys!

I have used Wiltshire Tyres mobile fitting for a couple of vehicles recently and I cannot fault them. Easy to book online and they keep you informed via email and phone. The two lads who have changed my tyres recently have been a pleasure and extremely friendly. Service has been second to none. Extremely professional and I will definitely keep on using them in the future and I fully recommend them to anyone.

Had been advised by the dealer to get my tyres changed and so booked, through BlackCircles, two new front tyres, with balance and alignment, at the Weyhill branch in Andover. Great service, yet again, from the guys there especially Taylor who carried out the work and who noticed that the tyres did in fact still have maybe several months of wear left. Better to be safe and sure but like others have said, no hard sell ... only courteous service and advice. Thank you.

Dropped in to the Weyhill autocentre as I needed to have the small indicator bulb on the side panel of the car replaced. They did it right away and assigned Taylor to the job. He was extremely helpful and professional in his manner.

Awesome experience from Wiltshire Tyres (Weyhill branch). I only popped in to book a slow puncture repair. The team offered to do it there and then. Best of all, as the issue was only a faulty valve, they repaired it for free and had me back on the road within 20 mins.
So refreshing to have an honest and decent garage near work. I’ll certainly be using again and thoroughly recommend.

One star is too good unfortunately! I went through Black Circle (who are dealing with this below standard company ) so please Wiltshire Tyres I DO NOT need your feedback on this post! This is to warn everyone that you should NOT trust them ! They came to my house and fitted two tyres for me ..both lost air.. drivers side had a fracture in the wheel … THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SPOTTED… or THEY CAUSED IT. So we will leave that as neglect ..
The front passenger side was losing air as I was on my way to a garage to fix the fracture … that hadn’t been sealed correctly… also neglect !!! I had to pay another garage to fix their mistakes. They have lied to Black Circle. I wouldn’t trust them with a child’s play car!!! Dangerous company that feels it okay to mess with people’s cars!!!
I am also reporting to Trading Standards as I feel they were only worried about a claim … their whole customer service and the manager Kieran (who decided to be very abrupt with me on the phone) when they had clearly been negligent.. One thing I will note my car had passed its MOT 2 days earlier by Mercedes

PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTHING ABOUT A CLAIM… this is a very serious warning to motorists not to use this company .. if I had gone on the motorway straight afterwards I could have had a blow out!!! All Wiltshire Tyres were worried about was not doing their job correctly!!

In reply. The second tyre was only noted once I went to the garage to get the fracture fixed by a professional company . It started losing air , so I asked them to check the tyre and they noticed it hadn’t been sealed correctly ..,what would you want me to do ? Ask you to come back out?? That’s so funny ! . Also, I contacted several tyre company’s , who all agreed the fracture should have been noticed .. I didn’t ask you to fix it.. but when you think a professional company are looking after your car and actually they aren’t .. so thank you so much for your reply .. but it’s still a useless company and I haven’t changed my mind

Took my son's van in because of a slow puncture. They diagnosed a slight air leak from an old alloy rim repair, done by another garage years ago. They fixed it and then didn't charge me. I offered to pay at least something for their time, but they refused. Outstanding service!

Don’t book MOT if have a child’s car seat!!
I had my MOT done for the first time since needing a car seat. So didn’t know that they needed the car seat removed to pass the MOT. They are not allowed to remove the car understandably. However it was pretty obvious that there is a car seat due to size, the shades,baby on bored sticker and the baby camera mounted in the front. I was told it had not passed due to seat belt not functioning correctly as intended rear(seat belt clip missing). Before they retested it I removed the car seat and it then passed. Credit to the manager and the women on the desk they got it done straight away. After the pass I reinstalled the car seat and it did indeed cover the seat belt clip but I slight nudge of the car seat reviled it again. I fully understand the they cannot remove the car seat but a nudge is all it took to revile it. My frustration lies in the fact that this took double the time for an MOT. Which could have been avoided by maybe advising to keep back seat clear before you book the MOT or the engineer noticing this and asking me to remove before the MOT. Chippenham branch

Took my car today to the Royal Wootton Bassett branch for an MOT and this was my first experience with the branch. I (like most drivers I imagine) get really anxious when my car is due or going through it's MOT. The lovely lady at reception was so patient and reassuring and helped put me at ease. Upon collection of the car (it passed!) the gentleman took the time to explain the advisories in a way that I could understand- having limited knowledge of car systems etc and gave me an understanding of tough timescales in which the advisories may need looking at in more detail. Overall an anxious visit turned into a pleasant one and due to the kindness of the staff, they have gained a repeat customer in myself.

Took my car today to the Chippenham Wiltshire branch, to have the air conditioning checked as it wasn't working.
The staff member soon found out that it needed regassing. This was done very quickly by the very helpful member of the team. Now the air conditioning system is 💯 working fine.

My front tyre had a surface hole in the rubber. Went to Wiltshire Tyres for advice as I was travelling to Kent the next day. The guy in reception got a tyre fitter to check. He took a photo and showed the guy in reception. He said the tyre needed changing and to come in the next day. I went first time, Had to wait over two hours even though I told them I had an appointment at 2pm in Kent. I paid £119.75, he said bring in the car in a couple of days alto check wheel nuts. I left in a hurry so did not check the car. Went back 3 days later and the mechanic started tightening the nuts on the over side. I told him that the new one was on the passenger side, but he said no, we changed the drivers side. I then looked and saw they had replaced a perfectly good Michelin Cross Climate tyre on the drivers side and left the damaged one on the passenger side still in place. I asked them to put the old one back on, and they said it’s already gone. The Guy in reception said it was my fault because I had said near side - meaning nearest the kerb, even though the person in the garage had seen the damaged tyre and taken a photo of it. Total idiots. Had to pay out more money to get another tyre to replace the damaged one, so cost me a further £100, to go to a competent garage who fitted my second new tyre and did the work in ten minutes.

Called in early in the morning as has a puncture, advised that the tyre could not be repaired, but a replacement ordered for the afternoon. Advised at 2pm that the tyre was in and I went over and was seen straight away. Young technician called Taylor worked on the car and was very careful with the alloy wheel as the car is almost new. great job done with no damage to the wheel. Service first rate.

AVOID AT ALL COST. They are cheap for a reason!
Booked this company through BlackCircles to fit brand new PS4S on my BMW M4 Competition which is my show car so it is always kept in a pristine condition and is not being driven daily. I have even pointed out to the tyre fitter to be careful as the alloys have no scuffs, except one on the driver's side. The guy took the images of all alloys prior to fitting however no one is showing those images to me now. 3 of the alloys have been damaged from the inside by the guy who fitted the tyres, and I only discovered when I cleaned the alloys as all alloys were covered in white paste so unless you run your finger over you could not tell. However the company arguing that I curbed the alloys beforehand and they did not do any damage. 5 independent professional tyre fitters across the country confirmed just by looking at the images that it was damaged by the machine, due to the lack of skill and not protecting the alloys when fitting the tyres. I have to fight BlackCircles now to get £342 for the 3 alloys refurbishment.

I originally went to the Andover branch of Wiltshire Tyres with low expectations and ended up being pleasantly surprised. I have been going to the same garage for over 20 years and for the first time they let me down with my MOT (overbooked) and I needed to find somewhere quickly with availability. I phoned Wiltshire tyres who i found via groupon (hence my low expectations) who was able to offer me next day but due to work commitments i took the day after. Appointment booked quickly i was off to a good start. Things at work changed so i chanced my arm and gave them a tinkle to see if i could still come in. I could, awesome. When i arrived they took the car straight off me and it was straight on the ramps having its MOT done. When complete the mechanic spoke to me about the faults he found, and would need addressing in the near future, there was no pressure of upselling at all.

What a great service all round, so after over 20 years of sticking to what i know, i think i have been won over with something new. I am more than happy with the service received and feel if i needed to get anything fixed i can trust this garage with my car.
