In my last order someone wrote me a note telling me that the pole I had ordered was too short. It was scribbled on a scrap piece of paper, slightly unprofessional. Service is always very good but prices are slightly high, I now shop around due to this fact.

Customer service has been terrible…
Customer service has been terrible since the beginning of the year. The lads in the head office in barry havent got a clue about the products. Not willing to refund faulty reels that break every other week.
