Lovely product and great concept. There is no phone number for customer service which is frustrating and it can take a day or so for an email to be answered but it’s a small business which deserves to thrive. I had some problems with the wrong box and bloom bags being delivered but once it came to the attention of Frannie and Joe the cofounders they were exceptional in sorting it out. My window box complete with bloom bags is beautiful. Thank you.

Happiness is looking out at my window boxes with their beautiful blooms. I’m amazed how long they are lasting. Looking forward to my next seasonal change and more pretty flowers and cheer.

Fantastic quality and service. The window box and plants are excellent quality and look far more expensive! Having spent far too much time and money over the years on window boxes and plants which look bare and fail to thrive I am delighted to have found a service which provides beautiful plants which are easy to care for and change o with each season. The care instructions are easy to follow and I cannot wait to see the plants grow.
