a very helpful company for a novice like me to buy a window they were the tops ,the window was perfect and a top job ,and the delivery was good to .i intend to fit my shelf i am 83

Terrible terrible customer service.
Ordered a window that had a lead time off 11 days, it took me over a week to get a delivery date which was 4 weeks after my order, when the delivery date came it then got delayed for another date 2 weeks later and when that date came the order got cancelled due to manufacturing issues all in all 7 weeks wasted time

Excellent quality unit, happy with it, had a few concerns around delivery but they kept in communication with me and were upfront and honest with adjustments, which was appreciated. I'd order again just based on the quality for the price, it's very reasonable.

Top quality products, no fitting issues no damage or manufacturing issues, windows arrived in good condition very inpressed with the care of transport by the delivery drivers, Delivery took abit longer than expected but these things happen.
Ray was only a phone call away and kept us upto date throughout the process, He was brilliant, a top bloke reassuring and honest, very happy to do business and will do in the future. Highly recommended.

It has not been delivered to date, it was supposed to be delivered on November 3, the second delivery on November 10 also ended in failure.

Well made product, good quality and looking really good.

Windows are a very good quality. Price is very decent. They give an estimated delivery date of 11 working days (I think) and they where spot on. Definitely deal with them again.

I have not received my window yet or had any communication from window supply direct apart from this request to send a review!!!

I waited to window was installed before commenting. Fitted like a glove, that was the bad point we were unsure about the exact sizes. So went with Window Supply Direct instructions and it was spot on. The delivery was right to the North of Scotland , driver called me from Inverness at 1200 and reckoned he would be here by 4pm. He was two minutes late which was unacceptable :-) . Really good info from the driver and thanks for that. The quality of the window is first class the guy that fitted it for us says its up there no problems whatso ever. Hate to say this they wanted £800 for this window unfitted locally. Saved nearly £600 so thanks again to Windows Supply Direct .

This was the second order placed after the first one was perfect in all respects. Easy to order, easy to ammend when I made a small measuring error. We were kept informed all the way through right up to the driver being 30 mins away.
All the orders were complete in every respect, down to the last packing piece.
Its a shame my house is now complete and all windows fitted. I will certainly recomend them to anyone, trade or DIY

Not the best quality as beading wouldn't click into place correctly. After a phone call the fitter was told to use silicone to stick them on
