Modern UPVC Windows Opiniões

The value provided was exceptional, great quality and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend this firm and look forward to engaging their services again in the coming months.

The whole process was easy and the windows where great.

First class communication at every step, ready for collection exactly as detailed in order confirmation. Window quality 1st class

Ordering was pretty straightforward. Kept informed of delivery date via email a number of times which allowed us to book holidays from work as it stated that driver would require assistance. On the day of delivery I realised that we hadn’t received a time slot the night before. Called and was advised that the delivery date we had been given was incorrect and it was the following day. This was disastrous as we hadn’t received booked holiday and to change it was impossible. The company did its best to contact the driver to try and arrange a very early delivery - before 6am- but found the office staff not very empathetic considering they had put the incorrect date. This is where the delivery driver Keith saved the day. He called me direct as he didn’t understand the message left by the office. I explained the situation and Keith did not hesitate to assist and deliver that day. Keith is an absolute credit to the company.

Porch windows and door, very good experience from the start, from ordering online to the delivery. Very nice windows and door and good quality. Would definitely use again.

Very good web ordering system, very straightforward, we ordered our door and it was delivered on time.
The door is now fitted, and the quality is very good.

Great company, fast and efficient delivery, a very competative price and more than anything a fantastic, reliable, good looking and solid product. AWESOME.

I had great service before, during & after my purchase & great full for help from Steve. I’m very pleased with the quality of my windows they’re very nice and I’m very pleased with them. I’d never go anywhere else in future.10/10

I have now had my French doors for several months and I am just as pleased with them now as I was to begin with. In my opinion, the ordering process, service, quality and installation cannot be faulted. I also liked that I could specify exactly what I wanted. I would strongly recommend giving this company a try.

Delivered the day promised which is important when fitting windows! They also picked up a mistake I had made on the order which would have meant a window being delivered instead of the pane I wanted. Saved me money which was promptly refunded. High quality windows.

Good communication Good value, very good quality windows and doors, easy to use website, highly recommend

Have Used modern upvc windows a few times and apart from a minor problem,on a mismatch on a handle which was sorted quickly they have been great windows seem very well made and look good

Easy site. Items perfectly sized. Delivered as stated. Couldn’t be better. Thank you. Have used you before and will do so again.

Great quality French doors and again great quality Composite Front door. Really good service, kept up to date regarding delivery. Customer service has been good when I've needed to ring.

Really good quality and excellent service

Great quality door great communication would definitely use them again when we need a back door

Great product, delivered with care and was easy to fit with great finish.

Only delivered half my order. Door and side panels frames delivered but missing the side panels and glazing. When I contacted to find out what had happened with the rest of my order I was asked to proved photographic evidence, which I did within 15 minutes. I was told someone will get back to me once reviewed, they didn't. I chased this daily for the next few days to be told someone else was dealing with it and they'll be in contact. Again never did they contact me first. After around a week of this I was informed there was a 'manufacturing issue' with my order so they didn't dispatch all of it! I was then told once it was re-manufactured (another week wait) i would have to wait another 3 weeks for them to deliver it. Communication about this from the moment delivery was made (partly anyway) was absolutely terrible. The only time I ever got a response to any questions was via email which was very slow at best.
I can't comment yet on quality but from what I have seen so far it seems okay, but I am yet to install said door as I am awaiting the remaining parts so who knows.

Overall pretty poor service, quick to take your money, slow to deliver your products.

Great service and excellent quality doors and windows!!! The process was smooth n all went well.
