Dave was very helpul and getting my computer back where it was when i had earlier. Educated me more and what to do and kept reassuring his company be there to help. A very kind man and update all the service and did the maintenance free of cost. Thank you

Windriver Tool -- The Gold Standard in Customer Service

Windriver Tool is without a doubt the best IT company I've ever been supported by. Their service is the gold standard. Ease of use, customer focus, attention to detail, technical expertise, troubleshooting and very competitive pricing -- Windriver has it all. I've had a wide range of computer, cell phone and software issues in the past year and Windriver has successfully tackled all of them. Today Windriver helped me address a knotty hacking issue. Windriver Tool is truly a very trusted partner!

Windriver Tool LLC Is Scam Company Running In India Its a tech Support Scamming Usa And Uk People first ask small Amount then every 6 months Keep asking by lieying that computer has some problem.

After thorough investigation, we have not been able to locate you in our Customer database or Prospective Customer database.

We assure you, the aforementioned review you provided is not how we work. All our customers pay after the completion of the service, not before. In case we are unable to fix Customer's issue, we do not ask for payments. Also we provide on-call customer service.
If you are contacted us and you were unsatisfied. Please share some more details of the issue and we can certainly come to a reasonable conclusion.
If you do not provide further details, there is nothing we can do, and we consider this profanity and an effort to defame the company.
