The sales man over sold, the measured survey was a nightmare, we had to pick up the guy and drive him around at like 6am, even though he does drive. The levels on the drawings where all wrong, any amendments needed based on the amateur drawings and measurements used, took weeks for a response, then even longer for any amendments to be completed and returned to me. We have spent thousands on these architects and nearly 10k more for a better architect to fix the 'work they did'. It's been a nightmare experience and I highly advise you save yourself the money and find someone else to complete works for you.

My project was a commercial to residential conversion.

We just did a big renovation of our beloved home. It was a stressful year filled with choices. With the renovation came big ideas and a lot of options. For example, we went back and forth about the color of the windows. Being such a big structural element we were scared for the impact on the room. Especially, because we wanted to make a bold choice and opt for pigeon blue windows. There weren’t many examples available, so that put us in a standstill: ‘Should we rather stick to a neutral color or dare to be bold?’. That’s where WindsorPatania came in. After a few pleasant interviews, they knew who we were, what we wanted and how they could help us make the tough decisions. When they showed us these stunning CGI’s, we were reassured an made the bold choice. When the windows were placed, we were gobsmacked by the results. It’s then that we asked to also look at our plans for the bathroom. What could have been months of doubting material choices and adding extra worries, was reduced to 3 or 4 moments where clear advice was giving. The nice part was we could just sent in materials we found online by mail and by the next meeting they had some real life visuals to show us. It really sped up the decision making process. We can honestly say without the advice guidance of WindsorPatania we would still be in a sea of choices.

I had a free discovery call with Ryan regarding a potential house to flat conversion. Ryan was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible detail regarding the entire planning process as well as how his company operates. Unfortunately we weren't able to progress the this project further but I hope that in the future we have an opportunity to work together.
