Took months until they claimed to ship my order. It was never received. When I asked for a refund they said the order was too old to refund but that I could pick out another bottle of wine. Will never order from them again.

I was glad to receive the product after many weeks when I had previously been told the product was discontinued.

I am greatly pleased by the service I received. One of my wines was unavailable so the money was credited towards a scotch whisky that I very much enjoy. The supervisor I spoke to handled the matter diligently.

incredible variety of items that are hard to ger a hold of. All items arrived perfectly in some of the best packaging I've seen, only room of improvement would be better communication, and shipping notifications. Since i had to sign for the package but I was at home by chance that day and I had no idea when it shipped out or when it would arrive.
