I'd give it Zero stars if I could

I'd give it Zero stars if I could. Do NOT waste your time with this company. They accepted a $400 order, was told it would ship in 1-3 days only to find out they don't even have what I ordered. Cancelling was a nightmare, find a local supplier and skip the headaches

Wedding Wine Wrong Vintage

For a wedding, ordered a special vintage (2019) of wine ($155) marking the year the couple met. A week later it was shipped, with no notification of vintage substitution, and received nine days later. Its now too late to order from a different vendor. Two stars vs One due to 20% refund.

I liked your wine

I liked your wine, Stag red, where I could not remember I came about getting it. My friend and I were tasting a couple of bottles one evening and we were surprised on how well it tasted and compared to the other wines we had tried that evening. So I decided to order 4 bottles and I am going to enjoy them.

I would t even give this company any…

I would t even give this company any stars if I could- They sent me 7 bottles of the wrong vintage- I spoke to a person who said she was Daisy- she told ne they would correct the order- I also was shorted bottles- I sent a email with pic of what they sent and did not hear back- I called 5 daYS LATER AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE THE VINTAGES- Why are they on the website if the dont have them- What a sham this place is- STAY AWAY- I am not letting this go- I want the name of someone in charge who will make this right

Very happy customer

It is so easy to shop and order from wine chateau. They have our family's favorite wine which is very hard to find. Now I can send it out as gifts to my family around the country within minutes. I'm a very happy customer.

Great purchase for hard to find priduct

Being from Pennsylvania we can only purchase thru our state liquor stores. Unfortunately they no longer carry Kruskovec so purchasing thru you is perfect. It was delivered in two separate shipments, again very efficient.
We purchased the delivery package, which saved a lot this year. Thank you again, we will continue to purchase with your company.
