As always, the wine subscriptions are a great gift and my recipients love it. The issues I have are all regarding the functionality of the website. This has been a challenge for about a decade (or more) at this point. They've finally made it so that you can "reorder" gift subscriptions, but it wouldn't accept a credit card and kept kicking me out of the payment process, even while I was still typing in the card number. It ended up working fine today through PayPal, but I wanted to pay with a card directly and am frustrated, yet again, with how clunky this process is year after year.

I thought using the website and ordering a gift for my friends may have been the best and easiest experience I have had for giving a gift this Christmas holiday! I cant wait till they start getting their gift.

WOMC went above and beyond to insure my gifts arrived on time.
Fedex never delivered my order but showed it being signed for misspelling my name.
I texted WOMC who expedited replacements so I would get them in time and shipped to my office where I was sure to receive it.

Wine Of The Month club was not able to make the change, but helped me to work around the problem and sent me a set of wine glasses to resolve my situation. I appreciated their following up with me.
