This is my 6th year in a row doing wine of the month club for my parents for Christmas. They just LOVE IT! Such a great gift that keeps on giving all year round.

The recipients love the wines they get each year, but the website is abysmally slow, and the gift notification emails never get sent; I have to print the notification to .pdf and send it myself each year.

Hassle free ordering. Shipment came quickly. Would be nice if the email on shipment told me it was WOMC.

The wine selection is always excellent and 12 bottles of wine as a gift makes everyone happy!

I have been ordering a subscription from you for the past many many years,, the last few years your prices have gone up significantly. Disappointed I have never received any discount promo or anything for a new subscription.

This was my first experience with your club. My son is a wine lover and has learned quite a bit about them at his job.. He works at a high end celebrity chef restaurant. I thought this would be the perfect Christmas gift for him.

In all the years I have been a member and it is a very long time. I've maybe did not like or got a bad bottle which most of the time the cork was bad. They have outstanding value for the money!

Your website is confusing and could be more user friendly.

The online payment process was extremely painful. After I entered the ship to and billing information, the website changed all of the data and switched the 2 pieces of information. I had to repeat this process of re-entering the data 4 times before it would stabilize and allow me to complete the order. I love your wine, but I'm not going to buy from you again because of this horrible payment process. Please get it fixed!
