I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how warmly you handled everything. The gesture of sending replacement bike pants was completely unexpected and means a great deal to me.
It’s rare to come across customer service or company that feels this genuine, and I’m truly grateful for the care and generosity you’ve shown.

Ordered Items begining February and got prompt shipping advice with Tracking Number. Tracking number was fake. Sent them an email - No reply. Sent them another email and got a reply that they were looking in to it. Week later same false tracking number with no information, Now, 4 weeks later, when I send a request for full refund they apologise, tell me I can have 10% discount from next purchase !!! and blame shipping issues due to Iran conflict (which only happened a few days ago and has not impacted shipping from USA or Asia to Australia, just an excuse) Completer rip off company, not like they were in the old days. Guess this is part of America First, rob from overseas customers. This one qualifies as crimminal fraud. Yes, I have all the email evidence. Since this review was aritten I received an email blaming delay on Iran War, and have received the goods that were shipped from China with a completely different Tracking Number. There is no way shipping from China to Australia has been delayed by a result of the Iran War, and is an insult to Veterans world wide to use this war as a cover up for the company's failures, a disgusting excuse. Bear this in mind when dealing with this company, it is no longer what is used to be.

I have just had the most frustrating experience ordering a motorcycle helmet with Winx Wheels. My order confirmation was sent on December 8, 2025 and the helmet was finally delivered on January 12, 2026. I had ordered it as a Christmas gift and the delivery time line was 7-10 days on their website so I thought that was plenty of time, even with a buffer. I was completely wrong!!!
Winx Wheels should disclose that the product is being shipped from China, which in my experience, tends to be unreliable and problematic. The package shipping and tracking system used is a nightmare. It is not accurate and not updated for days at a time. At one point the system said the package had been returned to the sender.
That’s when I reached out to the company by email. On their website they said responses would be within a couple of days but it ended up being several and well over a week. I also tried calling their support line and was never able to get through to a live person.
A new tracking number was provided and once again it was weeks just sitting in China and the previous shipping details were not carried forward. It was all playing out like a scam.
Finally once the order arrived in the US, another tracking number had to be generated and another week added to delivery.
Now that the helmet has arrived it does not match the color on the website. There is no instruction manual in the box and there is a separate helmet part with no details on how to attach it or where it fits on the helmet.
Ultimately, multiple fails on service and support! I will no longer purchase any items from Winx Wheels and I do not recommend anyone to order from them.
The offer of a discount on a future purchase is useless and would not wanted to be set up for another painful experience If I could give zero stars, I would.

I can confirm this when I corresponded with the products and services team. They were very prompt with an email to me ensured my request was followed up immediately. I can assure you they stand by their products and guarantees. I look forward to my next purchase.

When one of 2 was late - their customer service immediately tracked it. Great fast response and indeed received it that evening! Definitely keeping as a "go-to" seller since I know there are helpful real people there.

Received one of two pair of riding pants which were ordered at the same time (29.11.25). Was unable to track the second part of my order. Made email contact about missing pants. Initially received a response stating they would follow it up. I have heard nothing from them since (10 days) even after sending several emails including requesting a refund. And I did check my Spam and Trash email folders. Pants were intended as a Christmas present. So much for that idea. Very poor customer service. Shameful! I wouldn't recommend Winx Wheels.

The company seems to be new...working out lots of bumps in their road. The Customer Service is slow to respond or goes unanswered. They claim to deliver product in 7-10 business days. It took a full month. My discount for signing up my email account was not initially issued. After multiple email exchanges, I received the additional 10%. Their website TRACK YOUR ORDER was never working. I continued to get 'ORDER DATA IS INCORRECT' I finally received my purchase a month after ordering and am working on a return.

I ordered a pair of Moto pants and a helmet. I received the pants fairly quickly but the helmet took well over 3 weeks (being shipped from China). Once delivered, the helmet was a different color from what I ordered. I didn't want this helmet and wanted to return it for refund. I was informed I had to pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake. What kind of crap company makes you pay for their screw up? Stay away from this place...
I did get a refund for the helmet but did not get refunded for the return shipping cost. So beware, if they send you the wrong item or size, you must pay to send it back to them. Ridiculous…
UPDATE: After several emails with their support staff I still did not receive a refund for my return shipping but they did give me a discount in the amount of the shipping cost on a future order. At least that was something. Just be aware that if you order something and it doesn’t fit or is wrong for whatever reason, you will pay to send it back.

I had an issue with shipment of my order as I live in Australia which was initially disappointing. However Winx reached out to me, communicated with me regarding the shipment and provided a timely and satisfactory resolution to my issue. Thanks to Many from Customer Support for the great customer service. I’ll definitely purchase from Winx Wheels again.

I got 3 pairs of pants from them which are so comfy but my green ones started to fade after a couple rides. Disappointing as those were my favourite colour. Also they shipped me one of their free key chains at a later date, I guess cause they ran out which is fine but… the marked on the customs sheet the value of the pants. So my free key chain cost me $30. Had I known it was that I would have sent it back but I was expecting a parcel from a different place and paid it unknowingly. Contacted the company and they could care less. Disappointed.

A rainy morning, a right-hand curve and a slick road provided an opportunity for me to test out my riding pants. I was slammed down on the pavement and slid about 60 feet. (I was ATGATT at the time) Fortunately, nothing broken... just some bruised ribs and ego. But the pants performed just as flawlessly. Seams held together and the armor on the hips and knees kept me from more serious injury. I was surprised that I could find only some minor scuffing on the knee and hip. OUTSTANDING! Guys... These riding pants are the real deal!

The actual delivery (USPS) from the United States to Germany did not take long. The problem with my delivery was with DHL Apparently they had tried to deliver the package to me, but I wasn‘t at home. Unfortunately, DHL did not leave me a notification in my Mailbox. After a while, I wrote to Winx Wheel asking when my order would be delivered. I received a response really quickly, which I found very positive because it gave me the feeling that I was being helped.
Long story short: I thought my package would have been on its way back to the United States for a long time, but with a little luck and further support from Winx Wheel, I was actually able to find my package, which made me very happy.

I received mine today, I put them on to try them. I was surprised because usually after 45 minutes, I have to stop riding. But today I was able to ride for almost an hour and 30 minutes with no issue… I wish the front part will not be that wide but other wise I’m really happy…
This company has issues! I placed an order for a flannel jacket. The order was a two-for-one type of "sale". I received one, but the other was nowhere close to the size stated. I made numerous calls (leaving messages) and emails (over 30) before I got a response. I was directed to return the improperly sized jacket, and they would send an appropriately sized one to me in short order. Again, after many calls & emails, I finally got a response that the item is no longer available and that they cancelled the order. The email stated that they would send my refund to me within the next day or two. That has NOT happened. They now claim they have successfully refunded the money to my "original payment" source. I have checked numerous times and they have NOT refunded the money.
The company does not answer their customers' concerns until they know you are not going away, then they string you along, hoping you give up. That is not going to happen! I'm retired and have the time & inclination....
